Abstract

L'invention est relative à un copolymère du VDF et d'au moins un monomère copolymérisable avec le VDF ayant une teneur en poids en VDF d'au moins 50%, de préférence d'au moins 75% sur lequel est greffé par irradiation au moins un monomère polaire insaturé caractérisé en ce que le copolymère du VDF présente avant le greffage les caractéristiques suivantes : • une température de cristallisation Tc (mesurée par DSC selon la norme ISO 11357-3) allant de 50 et 1200C, de préférence de 85 à 1 100C; • une contrainte au seuil σy allant de 10 à 40 MPa, de préférence de 10 à 30 MPa; • une viscosité v à l'état fondu (mesurée au rhéomètre capillaire à 230°C à 100 s-1) allant de 100 à 1500 Pa s, de préférence de 400 à 1200 Pa s. L'invention est aussi relative à un mélange comprenant ce copolymère modifié et un PVDF. Ce copolymère modifié ou le mélange peuvent être associés à un polymère thermoplastique, à un élastomère ou à un matériau inorganique.
