Abstract

Procédé de production de filaments frisés de térylène et appareil correspondant. Le procédé consiste à diviser en deux groupes, les filaments filés sortant de la buse de filature et à soumettre un des deux groupes à de l'air chaud soufflé par un réchauffeur d'air situé sous le chemin emprunté par les filaments; à mélanger les deux groupes de filaments et à les enrouler sur une bobine; à former un tissu avec les filaments mélangés dans un métier à tisser; puis à faire tremper le tissu dans un bain d'eau à une température comprise entre 60 et 128°C. Le procédé selon l'invention est valable et l'appareil est simple, il permet de produire des filaments de térylène et un tissu tissé avec ces filaments qui présentent des frisures naturelles.
