Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de production de filament de polyester ondulé par enroulement du filament autour d'un cylindre chauffé à la vapeur ainsi qu'un dispositif associé. Le procédé fait appel aux étapes suivantes: les filaments de polyester sont filés à partir d'une filière (1) afin de les séparer en au moins deux faisceaux de filaments (3), lesdits faisceaux de filaments séparés sont enroulés séparément autour d'un cylindre rotatif (2) chauffé électriquement sur un ou deux tours, les faisceaux qui sont chauffés par le cylindre chauffé électriquement sont combinés en un fil et enroulés de manière à obtenir un gâteau (4). Le fil est ensuite transformé en tissu. Les filaments de polyester ou le tissu peuvent produire une ondulation naturelle après que le tissu est traité à l'aide d'eau chaude. Comparé à l'état antérieur de la technique, le procédé de l'invention fait appel à une conception raisonnable, à un dispositif simple et le filament de polyester produit ainsi que le tissu présentent une ondulation naturelle, etc.
