La présente invention concerne une structure de montage d'un cache de protection de lampe employée lorsqu'une lampe, comprenant un élément décoratif à monter sur une carrosserie de véhicule et un élément fonctionnel muni d'une source de lumière et assemblé à l'élément décoratif, est installée sur la carrosserie. La structure comprend des éléments de cache de source de lumière qui protègent au moins la source de lumière de l'élément fonctionnel, et un cache de protection de lampe comportant des parties insérées côté cache à engager dans des parties de logement côté élément fonctionnel. Le cache de protection de lampe est inséré dans l'élément décoratif de sorte à libérer les parties insérées côté cache des parties de logement côté élément fonctionnel et de sorte à engager ces dernières dans des parties insérées côté élément décoratif.
