Abstract

L'invention concerne une machine à tisser les rubans à aiguilles pour la fabrication d'un ruban, notamment d'un ruban d'étiquette, comprenant un dispositif de formation de la foule pour former une foule (24) constituée de fils de chaîne (8), une aiguille d'insertion de la trame (26) pour l'insertion de boucles de fil de trame, un peigne (30) et un dispositif d'apport (34) pour un fil, qui présente un poinçon (34) s'enfonçant entre les fils de chaîne (8) dans la foule (24) jusqu'en dessous de la course d'insertion de l'aiguille d'insertion de la trame (26), qui permet de tisser un fil guide, notamment un fil d'antenne de manières très diverses par le fait que le poinçon est disposé sur un arbre (38) orienté transversalement à la direction de la chaîne. L'arbre est connecté à un premier dispositif d'entraînement (40a) pour effectuer un mouvement de pivotement de l'arbre. Le poinçon (34) s'enfonce par pivotement dans la foule (24) et en ressort. L'arbre est en outre connecté à un deuxième dispositif d'entraînement (44a) pour le déplacer dans la direction axiale. De ce fait, le poinçon (34) peut être déplacé sur la largeur de la bande (2).
