Abstract

La fermeture selon l’invention est constituée d'une serrure et d'une pièce de fermeture (50). La serrure comprend un loquet rotatif (10) et un cliquet (20) sollicité élastiquement. Le loquet (10) présente au moins un encliquetage (12) et le cliquet (20) un contre-encliquetage (21). Partant de la position d'ouverture, lorsque le capot est fermé, le loquet (10) est amené dans une position d'encliquetage par l'intermédiaire de la pièce de fermeture (50). Pour que l'encliquetage (12) s’engage de manière fiable dans un encliquetage complémentaire (21) correspondant du cliquet (20), on propose selon l'invention de doter le loquet rotatif (10) d'un épaulement de maintien (30) entraîné conjointement en rotation et/ou d'une came (31) qui, lors de la fermeture du coffre, entre(nt) en contact direct ou indirect avec le cliquet (20) avant que la position d'encliquetage soit atteinte et maintien(nen)t le cliquet transitoirement dans une phase de contact (20.1) définie. Dans cette phase de contact (20.1), il existe un écart entre l'encliquetage (12) du loquet et l'encliquetage complémentaire (21) du cliquet. Il s'établit alors une phase de fermeture dans laquelle le loquet se déplace. Le loquet (10) est ramené en rotation en direction de sa position d'encliquetage par des forces élastiques de rappel. L'encliquetage (12) et l'encliquetage complémentaire (21) s'engagent l'un dans l'autre de manière fiable.
