Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif pour griller des aliments au-dessus d'une source de chaleur et comprenant au moins une broche (4) pour recevoir les grillades, ainsi qu'un cadre (1) entourant au moins partiellement un plan d'ouverture. Dans ce cadre (1) sont formés des logements (12) conçus pour recevoir la broche (4) parallèlement au plan d'ouverture du cadre (1) et sur au moins un côté du cadre (1) est formé un élément d'entraînement (7) rotatif, dans lequel se met en prise un disque d'entraînement (6) disposé sur la broche (4), le mouvement de l'élément d'entraînement (7) faisant tourner le disque d'entraînement (6) et la broche (4) par voie de conséquence. Il est ainsi aisé de poser la broche (4) dans les logements du cadre (1) et de l'enlever, sans avoir à utiliser d'entraînement séparé d'accouplement ou de désaccouplement. La broche (4) est automatiquement mise en rotation par l'élément d'entraînement (7) après avoir été posée dans le cadre (1). Ce qui permet d'une part de griller de manière régulière les aliments placés sur la broche (4) et, d'autre part, de retirer à tout moment la broche (4) de la source de chaleur.
