Abstract

La présente invention porte sur une garniture (1) de grilloir, où plusieurs broches (7) peuvent être introduites en juxtaposition dans des ouvertures (5, 6) prévues à cet effet, chaque broche (7) étant pourvue d'une roue dentée montée solidaire en rotation, tandis que dans la garniture (1) est installée une chaîne d'entraînement (11) commandée par moteur (16) et que lesdites ouvertures (5, 6) sont disposées de telle manière que les roues dentées (9) des broches mises en place (7) se mettent en prise par le haut avec la chaîne d'entraînement (11), assurant ainsi une rotation continue des broches. Cette invention résoud le problème qui consistait à concevoir de façon simple et économique une garniture de grilloir qui permette de cuire de manière très homogène les morceaux de légume ou de viande placés sur de petites broches.
