Abstract

L'invention concerne un implant (10) pour conjugaison osseuse ayant une aptitude à la porosité régulée. L'implant (10) pour conjugaison osseuse, muni d'une base d'implant (12) pour conjugaison osseuse et d'une couche de surface (14) formée sur la base de l'implant (12) pour conjugaison osseuse, est caractérisé en ce qu'il contient une plus grande quantité d'un métal à faible compatibilité avec l'os dans la couche de surface (14) que dans la base de l'implant (12) pour conjugaison osseuse. Grâce à cette caractéristique dans l'implant (10) pour conjugaison osseuse comme décrit plus haut, il est possible de réguler à un faible niveau l'aptitude à la porosité sur la surface de l'implant pour conjugaison osseuse. Par conséquent, selon l'invention, la porosité autour d'un implant pour conjugaison osseuse peut être régulée à un faible niveau durant la période allant de l'intégration de l'implant pour conjugaison osseuse dans le corps jusqu'à la fin du traitement d'une fracture osseuse, ceci permettant ainsi de faciliter la procédure d'enlèvement de l'implant pour conjugaison osseuse du corps.
