一种通过蓝牙语音网关支持电话会议的方法 技术领域
本发明涉及蓝牙通信技术, 更具体而言, 涉及支持多个蓝牙 语音终端设备与一个远端用户间的电话会议的方法。 技术背景
蓝牙是一种短距离无线通信技术, 它工作在 2.4GHz的工科医 ( ISM) 频段。 蓝牙的基本网络结构是由一个主控设备和最多七 个从属设备组成的微微网 ( Piconet ) , 主控设备和从属设备之 间采用时分多址 (TDMA) 的方式进行通信。 利用蓝牙技术, 可以 以低成本方式将各种设备连接起来。 蓝牙特别兴趣小组 (Special Interest Group, 简称 SIG ) 是制定和指导蓝牙规范和应用的民 间组织。 按照蓝牙特别兴趣小组制定的蓝牙无绳电话应用模型, 蓝牙语音网关 (GW) 与外部网络相连处理与网络相关的所有交互; 蓝牙语音终端设备 (TL) 即无线用户终端通过蓝牙无线链路与蓝 牙语音网关相连, 在这个应用模型中, 蓝牙语音网关为主设备 (master) , 可以同时为 7个用户终端从设备 ( slave)提供连接, 蓝牙语音终端设备既可以通过蓝牙语音网关接听外线呼叫也可以 通过蓝牙语音网关呼叫与蓝牙语音网关相连网络的外线 /远端用 户。
目前, 蓝牙规范中没有对蓝牙语音网关所连接的多个蓝牙语 音终端设备共同参与与一个外部网络中的远端用户之间的多方通 话做出明确定义, 并且也没有一种基于此方式来进行电话会议的 各种服务的定义。 发明内容
本发明的首要目的是提供一种支持多个蓝牙语音终端设备和 一个远端用户共同参与一个电话会议的方法。 本发明通过蓝牙语 音网关对蓝牙语音终端设备信令的解释和相应的操作以及蓝牙语 音终端设备间的信息交互来实现支持使用蓝牙语音终端设备进行 电话会议。 通过采取此种方法, 蓝牙语音终端设备的功能可以得 P T/CN2006/000868 到多种扩展, 例如: 在电话会议中, 作为充当会议主席的主通话 终端的蓝牙语音终端设备可以邀请其它同属于一个蓝牙语音网关 的蓝牙语音终端设备加入当前的电话会议或强制其它的处于当前 电话会议的蓝牙语音终端设备离开该电话会议。 不处于通话状态 中的蓝牙语音终端设备可以通过直接向处于会议中的终端发出请 求或通过向已与之建立连接的蓝牙语音网关间接向会议主席发出 请求而加入此蓝牙语音网关正在进行的电话会议。 会议主席的权 力可以进行转移。 并且还支持私有会议。
在所述方法中, 多个蓝牙语音终端设备同时通过同一个所连 接的蓝牙语音网关与一远端用户进行电话会议的模式有三种。
( a ) 方式 1 以蓝牙语音网关为中心, 由蓝牙语音网关与蓝牙 语音终端设备共同实现一个请求与应答机制, 并由蓝牙语音网关 负责建立与多个的蓝牙语音终端设备之间的蓝牙通话, 然后将蓝 牙语音网关上所建的所有蓝牙话音通道与对应的远端用户话音通 道相连通, 实现电话会议的功能。 其中, 蓝牙通话可以是蓝牙无 绳电话应用 ( Cordless Telephony Prof i le , 简称 CTP ) 通话, 也可以是蓝牙耳机应用 (Headset Prof i le, 简称 HSP ) 通话, 也 可以是蓝牙车载免提应用 (Handsf ree Prof i le, 简称 HFP )通话。
( b ) 方式 2 以某一蓝牙语音终端设备为中心, 在蓝牙语音终 端设备之间实现一种请求应答机制, 借助蓝牙语音终端设备之间 建立的蓝牙通话实现多个蓝牙语音终端设备和蓝牙语音网关相连 的外部网洛的远端用户之间的电话会议。 在这种方式下, 由作为 会议接入点的蓝牙语音终端设备负责连通其与蓝牙语音网关之间 的蓝牙通话的话音通道和其与其他蓝牙语音终端设备之间的蓝牙 通话的话音通道, 以便实现电话会议的功能。
( c ) 方式 3综合前两种电话会议的方式, 蓝牙语音终端设备 既可以利用基于蓝牙 CTP/HSP/HFP 的方式通过建立与蓝牙语音网 关的蓝牙通话加入会议, 也可以利用基于蓝牙 ICP/HSP/HFP 的方 式通过与作为会议接入点的蓝牙语音终端设备建立蓝牙通话来加 入会议。 会议成员可以根据需要采用前两种方式中的任一种方式 加入会议, 亦即在同一个会议中, 可以同时存在以方式 1 中的方 法加入会议的, 也可以存在以方式 2 中的方法加入会议的蓝牙语 音终端设备。
( d ) 对于 (a ) 所述的方式 1, 当一个蓝牙语音终端设备主 动要求加入一个正在进行的通话时, 可以通过向蓝牙语音网关发 送加入请求, 蓝牙语音网关既可以将此请求转发给通话中的作为 会议主席主通话终端, 以便获得其许可后建立与要求加入的蓝牙 语音终端设备间的蓝牙通话, 也可以直接接受其加入, 建立蓝牙 通话, 之后, 蓝牙语音网关连通此通话的话音通道到已有通话的 话音通道中。
( e ) 对于 (a ) 所述的方式 1, 一个蓝牙语音终端设备可以 被邀清加入一个正在进行的蓝牙通话, 此时, 应由处于通话中的 蓝牙语音终端设备向蓝牙语音网关发出邀请信息, 蓝牙语音网关 向被邀请的蓝牙语音终端设备发送建立蓝牙通话的请求, 在被邀 请的蓝牙语音终端设备接受请求后, 蓝牙通话建立成功, 之后, 蓝牙语音网关连通此通话的话音通道到已有通话的话音通道中。 由此实现被邀请的蓝牙语音终端设备加入巳有通话。
( f ) 在以方式 1所建会议中, 一个参与会议的蓝牙语音终端 设备可以通过主动断开与蓝牙语音网关间的蓝牙通话来实现离开 会议的目的, 也可以在蓝牙语音网关接收作为会议主席的蓝牙语 音终端设备的要求后, 由蓝牙语音网关断开它们之间的蓝牙通 话, 从而被动地离开会议。
( g ) 在以方式 1所建会议中, 作为会议主席的蓝牙语音终端 设备可以简单的通过发送信令通知蓝牙语音网关的方式实现将其 会议主席的权力转交给其他参加该电话会议的蓝牙语音终端设 备。
( h ) 在以方式 1所建会议中, 处于蓝牙语音网关内部蓝牙通 信网络的所有参加会议的蓝牙语音终端设备可以在蓝牙语音网关 的参与下实现私有会议, 其方法的特征在于蓝牙语音网关在接收 到参与会议的蓝牙语音终端设备请求后, 切断蓝牙话音通道与外 部远端用户通话的话音通道之间的连接。 当私有会议结束时, 蓝 牙语音终端设备再通知蓝牙语音网关, 蓝牙语音网关在接收到恢 复电话会议的请求后, 对所保持的与远端用户的通话中的话音通 道与蓝牙话音通道重新进行连通, 恢复电话会议。 ( i ) 在以方式 1所建会议中, 作为会议主席的蓝牙语音终端 设备断开与蓝牙语音网关的蓝牙通话或远端用户挂机, 即导致此 次电话会议的结束。 蓝牙语音网关在会议结束后, 断开与所有参 会会议的蓝牙语音终端设备间的蓝牙通话。
( j ) 对于 (b ) 所述的方式 2, 当一个蓝牙语音终端设备主 动要求加入一个正在进行的通话中时, 可以通过与蓝牙语音网关 保持有基于蓝牙 CTP/HSP/HFP 的蓝牙通话的蓝牙语音终端设备发 送加入请求, 在对方接受后, 建立之间的基于蓝牙 I CP/HSP/HFP 的蓝牙通话, 此时, 与蓝牙语音网关保持有基于蓝牙 CTP/HSP/HFP 的蓝牙通话的这个蓝牙语音终端设备即为后加入会议的蓝牙语音 终端设备的会议接入点。 这个会议接入点负责将基于蓝牙
ICP/HSP/HFP 蓝牙通话的话音通道与其和蓝牙语音网关所建的基 于蓝牙 CTP/HSP/HFP的蓝牙通话的话音通道接通。
( k ) 对于 (b ) 所述的方式 2, 一个蓝牙语音终端设备可以 被邀请加入一个正在进行的蓝牙通话, 此时, 应由处于通过蓝牙 语音网关与外部进行通话中的蓝牙语音终端设备向此设备直接发 出邀请信息, 在此蓝牙语音终端设备接受后, 建立两个蓝牙语音 终端设备之间的蓝牙通话。 此时, 与蓝牙语音网关保持通话的这 个蓝牙语音终端设备即为此蓝牙语音终端设备加入会议的会议接 入点。 这个会议接入点负责将其与其他蓝牙设备间建立,的蓝牙通 话的话音通道与其和蓝牙语音网关所建的蓝牙通话的话音通道接 通。
( 1 ) 在以方式 2所建会议中, 一个通过会议接入点参与会议 的蓝牙语音终端设备可以通过主动断开与作为接入点的蓝牙语音 终端设备间的蓝牙通话来实现离开会议的目的, 也可以被动地由 作为接入点的蓝牙语音终端设备断开它们之间的蓝牙通话离开会 议。
( m ) 在以方式 2所建会议中, 所有通过同一个作为会议接入 点的蓝牙语音终端设备参加会议的蓝牙语音终端设备间可以在其 会议接入点设备的参与下实现包括会议接入点设备在内的私有会 议, 其方法的特征在于作为会议接入点的蓝牙语音终端设备在通 知蓝牙语音网关后, 切断其与蓝牙语音网关之间的蓝牙通话或蓝 牙通话所对应的蓝牙话音通道。 蓝牙谘音网关在此情况下, 不挂 断与逸端用户的通话。 当私有会议结束时, 作为会议接入点的蓝 牙语音终端设备在通知蓝牙语音网关之后, 再次建立与蓝牙语音 网关之间的蓝牙通话或蓝牙通话所对应的蓝牙话音通道, 蓝牙语 道进行连通, 恢复电话会议。
( n ) 在以方式 2所建会议中, 作为会议接入点的主通话终端 作为会议主席的蓝牙语音终端设备断开与蓝牙语音网关的蓝牙通 话或远端用户桂机, 即导致此次电话会议的结束。 蓝牙语音网关 在断开与会议接入设备的蓝牙通话后, 由作为会议接入点的蓝牙 语音终端设备断开与所有以其作为接入点参会会议的蓝牙语音终 端设备间的蓝牙通话。
通过以上方式, 能够建立一个由多个蓝牙语音终端设备通过 同一个蓝牙语音网关共同参与同一个外部网絡的远端用户之间的 电话会议, 并在该电话会议中进行多种操作, 如私有会议, 删除 会议参与者等等, 因此具有很强的应用价值。 附图说明

图 1 是按照本发明第一实施例的实现电话会议的拓朴图。 该 拓朴图中, 以蓝牙语音网关 A310 为中心, 由蓝牙语音网关 A310 负责建立与多个蓝牙语音终端设备 A320、 A330、 A340之间的蓝牙 通话。 蓝牙通话包含蓝牙通话连接及蓝牙话音通道, 它可以是基 于蓝牙无綣电话应用 (Cordles s Telephony Prof i le , 简称 CTP ) 的通话,也可以是基于蓝牙耳机应用( Headset Prof i le,简称 HSP ) 的通话, 也可以是基于蓝牙车载免提应用 (Handsfree Prof i le , 筒称 HFP )的通话。该蓝牙语音网关 A310还支持通过外部网络 A350 的与远端用户 A360 的外部网络通话。 该种拓朴结构是以蓝牙语 音网关为中心, 由蓝牙语音网关与蓝牙语音终端设备共同实现一 个请求与应答机制。 在蓝牙语音网关与蓝牙语音终端设备之间建 立多个蓝牙通话, 当蓝牙语音网关接通所建的所有蓝牙话音通道 与对应的远端用户的外部网络话音通道时, 可实现电话会议的功 图 2 是按照本发明的第二实施例实现电话会议的拓朴图。 该 拓朴图中, 以一个正在通过蓝牙语音网关 A410 与外部网絡中的 远端用户进行通话的蓝牙语音终端设备 MS1 为会议接入点, 在蓝 牙语音终端设备之间实现一种请求应答机制。 由作为会议接入点 的蓝牙语音终端设备 MS1 负责建立与多个蓝牙语音终端设备 MS2、 MS 3 之间的蓝牙通话。 然后连通其所建立的所有蓝牙话音通道与 所建立的到远端用户的通话, 从而实现电话会议的功能。

图 4 是在图 1 所示拓朴中蓝牙语音终端设备通过蓝牙语音网 关加入电话会议的消息流图。 在图示环境中, 在召开电话会议时, 初始地, 蓝牙语音终端设备 MSI A320通过蓝牙语音网关 A310与 远端用户 A建立通话 S610。 远端用户 A也可主动和蓝牙语音终端 设备 MS1 建立通话。 蓝牙语音网关 A310建立会议信息表 T1 , 蓝 牙语音终端设备 MSI A320 作为第一个通话终端, 缺省充当该电 话会议的会议主席。 另一蓝牙语音终端设备 MS2 A330 请求加入 该电话会议 ϋ610。 为此, MS2 向蓝牙语音网关 A310 发送一信令 S620 , 该信令或是所拨打的某些特殊号码, 或是带有特殊信息的 蓝牙信令, 或是自定义的内部信令。 蓝牙语音网关收到该信令后 将携带有 MS2 信息的一个申请加入电话会议的请求发送给 MS1 S630, MS1提示给用户 S640。 如杲 MSI接受该请求 U620, 则其向 蓝牙语音网关发送接受信令 S650, 以便在蓝牙语音网关和 MS2之 间建立蓝牙通话 S660。 最后, 由蓝牙语音网关负责合并多路通话 话音通道, 以及更新会议信息表 T1中的会议信息 S680。

图 15是在图 2所示拓朴中一参加会议的蓝牙语音终端设备被 动离开电话会议的消息流图。 在会议进行过程中 S1710, MS1 用 户请求将会议中的蓝牙语音终端设备 MS2 从会议中删除 ϋ1710。 为此, 由 MS1发起以断开 MS1和 MS2之间的蓝牙通话。 MS2向 MS2 终端用户返回通话结束信息 S1730, 且 MS1更新会议信息 S1740。

其中连通话音通道的方法可以是对话音通道中的话音数据进 行叠加后输出的软件方法, 也可以是硬件直接连通或混音的方 法。
虽然本发明是参考实施例示出和描述的, 但本领域的普通技 术人员应该理解, 在不脱离附属的权利要求书所限定的本发明的 精神和范围的情况下, 可以进行形式和细节的各种改变。

( b ) 蓝牙语音网关保留与远端用户的通话;
