発明を実施するための最良の形態
[0015] 以下本発明の実施の形態を、図を参照しつつ説明する。図 1乃至図 10は、本発明 による一実施の形態としての、インターネットを活用してデータの入力 ·保管 ·参照を 行うコンピュータシステムにおけるログイン ID制御による画面項目表記及びマスタ項 目内容の変換システムに関する。
[0016] 特に、この実施の形態では、損害保険の契約者パーソナルコンピュータ（PC)と損 害保険会社のメインサーバに適用したログイン ID制御による画面項目表記及びマス タ項目内容の変換システムの例を示している。後述する契約者 ABCは、店舗経営者 ほたは、店舗経営会社）、契約者 XYZは、ガソリンスタンド経営者（又は、ガソリンス タンド経営会社)を例としてレ、る。
[0017] 図 1に、インターネットを活用してデータの入力 ·保管 ·参照を行うコンピュータシス テムにおけるログイン ID制御による画面項目表記及びマスタ項目内容の変換システ ムの構成図を示す。ここでのコンピュータシステム 10は、インターネット 11で契約者 P C12 (契約者 ABCの PC)、 13 (契約者 XYZの PC)等と接続されたメインサーバ 1を 備える。メインサーバ 1は、基本データを記録したマスタ'ファイルとしての、ユーザマ スタ Ml、画面項目表記マスタ M3、各種マスタ M5を内部に有する力、、これらと接続 されている（ここでは、説明の便宜上、ユーザマスタ Ml、画面項目表記マスタ M3、 各種マスタ M5は、メインサーバ 1の外に置かれ、メインサーバ 1と接続されている。）。 ユーザマスタ Mlは、契約者の IDナンバー（ID) ml 1とパスワード ml 3から契約者ァ カウント ml 5を特定するテーブル T1を備える。画面項目表記マスタ M3は、契約者ァ カウント ml 5を基に画面項目表記 m31、 m32等を特定する画面項目表記のテープ ノレ T3を備える（図 2、後述する。）各種マスタ M5は、契約者アカウント ml 5に基づき 各種マスタのマスタ項目内容 m51、 m52等を管理するテーブル T51 , T52等を備え る。
[0018] メインサーバ 1内には、次の各手段が設けられている。
(1)契約者 PC12或いは 13等からインターネット 11を介して入力される利用者別 ID mi l及びパスワード ml 3を受信する受信手段 3
(2) IDml l及びパスワード ml 3に対応して契約者アカウント ml 5を記憶したユーザ マスタ Mlを参照して、利用者別 IDml l及びパスワード ml 3に基づき契約者ァカウ ント ml 5を選定する契約者アカウント選定手段 5
(3)契約者アカウント ml5に対応した画面項目表記 m31、 m32等を記憶した画面項 目表記マスタ M3を参照して、契約者アカウント ml 5に対応した画面項目表記 m31、 m32等を取得する画面項目表記取得手段 7A (契約者情報取得手段 7に含まれる）
(4)契約者アカウント ml5に対応した項目内容 m51、 m52等を含んだ各種マスタ M 5を参照して、契約者アカウント ml 5に対応したマスタ項目内容 m51、 m52等を取得 するマスタ項目内容取得手段 7B (契約者情報取得手段 7に含まれる）
(5)画面項目表記 m31、 m32等とマスタ項目内容 m51、 m52等を表示する契約者 アカウント別専用画面を生成し出力する契約者アカウント別専用画面生成出力手段 9。
[0019] 受信手段 3、契約者アカウント選定手段 5、契約者情報取得手段 7および契約者ァ カウント別専用画面生成出力手段 9は、順次信号のやり取りのために接続されている 。また、契約者アカウント選定手段 5はユーザマスタ Mlと、契約者情報取得手段 7内 の画面項目表記取得手段 7Aは画面項目表記マスタ M3と、マスタ項目内容取得手 段 7Bは各種マスタ M5と、それぞれ接続されている。契約者アカウント別専用画面生 成出力手段 9はインターネット 11と接続される。
[0020] ログイン ID制御による画面項目表記及びマスタ項目内容の変換システムは、ここで は、基本的に、受信手段 3、契約者アカウント選定手段 5、契約者情報取得手段 7、 契約者アカウント別専用画面生成出力手段 9、ユーザマスタ Ml、画面項目表記マス タ M3、および各種マスタ M5と力 成っている。
[0021] 次に、簡単に変換方法について説明する。ステップ 1では、ブラウザにより契約者 P C12、 13等から、インターネット 11を介して送られてきた利用者別 IDml l及びパス ワード ml 3を受信する（受信ステップ）。
[0022] ステップ 2では、ステップ 1で受信した利用者別 IDml l及びパスワード ml3に基づ き、 IDml l及びパスワード ml 3に対応して契約者アカウント ml 5を記憶したユーザ マスタ Mlを参照して、契約者アカウント ml 5を選定する（契約者アカウント選定ステ ップ）。
[0023] ステップ 3では、契約者アカウント ml5に対応した画面項目表記 m31、 m32等を記 憶した画面項目表記マスタ M3を参照して、契約者アカウント ml5に対応した画面項 目表記 m31、 m32等を取得する（画面項目表記取得ステップ)。
[0024] ステップ 4では、契約者アカウント ml5に対応した項目内容 m51、 m52等を含んだ 各種マスタ M5を参照して、契約者アカウント ml 5に対応したマスタ項目内容を取得 する（マスタ項目内容取得ステップ)。
[0025] ステップ 5では、ステップ 3とステップ 4とで取得した、画面項目表記とマスタ項目内 容 m51、 m52等を表示する契約者アカウント別専用画面を生成し、出力する（契約 者アカウント別専用画面生成出力ステップ)。
[0026] こうして、利用者別 IDml l及びパスワード ml 3を入力した契約者 PCには、インタ 一ネット 11を介して、契約者アカウント別専用画面（後述する図 3A, 3B、図 4A, 4B )が表示される。契約者 PCからはこの契約者アカウント別専用画面を通じてロスデー タ（損害データ）の入力、追加記入、変更を行うことができる。
[0027] 次に、画面項目表記の変換を、具体例を挙げながら説明する。図 2に、画面項目表 記マスタ M3内の契約者 ABC、契約者 XYZについての画面項目表記 m31、 m32等 の変換テーブル例を示す。ここでの契約者 ABCは、店舗経営者であること、契約者 XYZは、ガソリンスタンド経営者であることを想定している。縦欄 R1は「画面項目名」 の欄である。縦欄 R3は「画面項目表記」の欄で、契約者 ABC用欄 R31と契約者 XY Z用欄 R32とに別れている。縦欄 R2は、対応する横行の「画面項目表記」の欄の変 更が可能か否かを示す「変更可否」欄である。
[0028] さらに、図 3A, 3Bの契約者 ABCのアカウント別専用画面の例と、図 4A， 4Bの契 約者 XYZのアカウント別専用画面の例とを参照しつつ、図 2の横行関係を説明する 。縦欄 R1の「画面項目名」の欄には、「ブランチ 'コード」 Kl、「エリア'コード」 Κ3、「 ストア.コード」 Κ5、「ストア.連絡先」 Κ7、 「ストア.担当」 Κ9、「事故日」 Kl l、「事故時 間」 K13等々と、記録されている。
[0029] それぞれの横行の「変更可否」欄には、アカウント別の項目表記の変更が変更可能 な場合「1」を、変更不能な場合「0」を記録する。契約者 ABC用欄 R31と契約者 XY Z用欄 R32には、それぞれの画面項目表記が記憶されている。例えば、画面項目名 「ブランチ 'コード」 K1に対しては、契約者 ABC用欄 R31では、「ディストリクト」 Aklと 、契約者 XYZ用欄 R32では、「ブロック」 Xklと記憶されている。画面項目名「エリア' コード」 K3に対しては、契約者 ABC用欄 R31では、「エリア」 Ak3と、契約者 XYZ用 欄 R32でも、「エリア」 Xk3と記憶されている。これらの「画面項目名」の欄 Rl、「変更 可否」欄 R2「画面項目表記」の欄 R3の契約者 ABC用欄 R31と契約者 XYZ用欄 R3 2の対応関係は、 K5乃至 K21についても、上記の説明と同じで、図 2の変換テープ ルに記載のとおりである。 Akl, Ak3等の図 3A, 3Bの符号は、図 2の同符号と対応 するものである。また、 Xkl， Xk3等の図 4A， 4Bの符号は図 2の同符号と対応するも のである。図 2のテーブルにおいて変更可能「1」とされた項目は、図 3A， 3Bと図 4A , 4Bでは、画面項目表記、例えば図 3Aの「ディストリクト」図 4Aの「ブロック」、をそれ ぞれ太線の枠の中に入れて示してレ、る。
[0030] 次に、各種マスタ M5とマスタ項目内容とその表示画面上への表示について説明 する。図 5に、契約者アカウント毎に管理が可能な各種マスタを示す。各種マスタ M5 は、ここでは（1)から（16)まである。各々の各種マスタ M5内は、各契約者アカウント ml5と結びつきこれに基づいて管理されている。図 6は、「ステータスマスタ」 M5 (14 )における契約者 ABC用のマスタ項目内容のテーブル AM5 (14)であり、図 7は、「 ステータスマスタ」における契約者 XYZ用のマスタ項目内容のテーブル XM5 (14) である。
[0031] 「ステータスマスタ」 M5 (14)は、図 5、図 6、図 7に示すように、契約者アカウントと結 びついた、「ステータスコード」「ステータス名称」「未払支払区分」のマスタ項目内容 力、ら成る。図 6の契約者 ABC用のテーブル AM5 (14)のマスタ項目内容において、「 ステータスコード」の「00」に対する「ステータス名称」は「保険対象外」、「未払支払区 分」は「0」（未払レ、）である。 「ステータスマスタ」 M5 (14)における契約者 ABC用のテ 一ブル AM5 (14)のマスタ項目内容は、「ステータスコード」が、「00」力、ら「05」と「99 」とがある。これに対応して、「ステータス名称」は、「保険対象外」「書類一式待ち」「総 務人事部 請求書あり」等と、図 6のテーブルに記載のとおりである。なお、「ステータ スコード」が「99」の「ステータス名称」は「支払完了」であり、これの「未払支払区分」 は、「1」（支払い）である。
[0032] 一方、図 7に示すように、「ステータスマスタ」 M5 (14)における契約者 XYZ用のテ 一ブル XM5 (14)のマスタ項目内容は、 「ステータスコード」が、 「01」「20」「30」、 「ス テータス名称」は、「未払い」「支払完了」「無責'放棄」、「未払支払区分」は「0」（未払 い）、「1」（支払い）、「0」 (未払い）である。
[0033] 図 8A， 8Bに、図 5の各種マスタと，契約者 ABCのアカウント別専用画面との対応 関係を説明するための、契約者 ABCのアカウント別専用画面を示す。ここに記入さ れた括弧内の数字は、図 5の各種マスタの符号の末尾に付けた括弧内の数字と対応 してレ、る。図 8A， 8Bの、その部分の表示内容を管理している図 5の各種マスタを示し ている。例えば、図 8Aのステータス表示の横に記入された（14)は、図 5のステータス マスタ M5 (14)力 S、この部分を管理することを示す。
[0034] 図 9A, 9Bに、契約者 ABCのアカウント別専用画面を示すもので、図 5の各種マス タのテーブルが管理する項目選択用プノレダウンメニュー表示の例を示す。項目選択 用プルダウンメニュー表示 AP (14)は、ステータスマスタ M5 (14)の図 6に示すテー ブル AM5 (14)に管理された項目選択用プルダウンメニューを表示してレ、る。その他 にも、事故形態マスタ M5 (9)のテーブル AM5 (9)に管理された項目選択用ブルダ ゥンメニュー表示 AP (9)を、また、事故原因マスタ M5 (4)のテーブル AM5 (4)に管 理された項目選択用プルダウンメニュー表示 AP (4)を示してレ、る。
[0035] 図 10A, 10Bに、契約者 XYZのアカウント別専用画面を示し、図 5の各種マスタの テーブルが管理する項目選択用プルダウンメニュー表示の例を示す。項目選択用プ ルダウンメニュー表示 XP (14)は、ステータスマスタ M5 (14)の図 7に示すテーブル XM5 (14)に管理された項目選択用プルダウンメニューを表示している。その他にも 、事故形態マスタ M5 (9)のテーブル XM5 (9)に管理された項目選択用プルダウンメ ニュー表示 XP (9)を、また、事故原因マスタ M5 (4)のテーブル XM5 (4)に管理され た項目選択用プルダウンメニュー表示 XP (4)を示している。契約者 PCでの入力は、 可能なものをプルダウンメニューからの項目のマウスクリックによる選択として、簡便と している。 [0036] 以上、一実施形態を説明してきたが、契約者 PCは、携帯型 PC、将来的には携帯 電話端末であってもよい。また、利用者別 IDナンバー（ID)は、 1の契約者アカウント に対して複数設けることが多数の従業員のアクセスが必要な場合は必須となる。契約 者アカウントに例えば複数のサブアカウントを設けて事業所の特徴に応じた管理に生 かすことができる。複数の利用者別 IDナンバー（ID)により、画面参照範囲権限、画 面修正範囲権限の区別管理を並行して行うこともできる。
産業上の利用可能性
[0037] 以上のように、本発明による変換システム、方法、プログラムは、インターネットを活 用してデータの入力 ·保管 ·参照を行うコンピュータシステムにおける、画面項目表記 、項目内容を調整するものとして有用である。

[1] インターネットを活用してデータの入力 ·保管 ·参照を行うコンピュータシステムにお けるログイン ID制御による画面項目表記及びマスタ項目内容の変換システムであつ て、
利用者別 ID及びパスワードを受信する受信手段と、
前記 ID及びパスワードに対応して契約者アカウントを記憶したユーザマスタを参照 して、前記 ID及びパスワードに基づき契約者アカウントを選定する契約者アカウント 選定手段と、
前記契約者アカウントに対応した画面項目表記を記憶した画面項目表記マスタを 参照して、前記契約者アカウントに対応した画面項目表記を取得する画面項目表記 取得手段と、
前記契約者アカウントに対応した項目内容を含んだ各種マスタを参照して、前記契 約者アカウントに対応したマスタ項目内容を取得するマスタ項目内容取得手段と、 前記画面項目表記と前記マスタ項目内容とを表示する契約者アカウント別専用画 面を生成し出力する契約者アカウント別専用画面生成出力手段と
を備えたことを特徴とするログイン ID制御による画面項目表記及びマスタ項目内容 の変換システム。
[2] インターネットを活用してデータの入力 '保管'参照を行うコンピュータシステムにお ける、ログイン ID制御による画面項目表記及びマスタ項目内容の変換方法であって 利用者別 ID及びパスワードを受信する受信ステップと、
前記 ID及びパスワードに対応して契約者アカウントを記憶したユーザマスタを参照 して、前記 ID及びパスワードに基づき契約者アカウントを選定する契約者アカウント 選定ステップと、
前記契約者アカウントに対応した画面項目表記を記憶した画面項目表記マスタを 参照して、前記契約者アカウントに対応した画面項目表記を取得する画面項目表記 取得ステップと、
前記契約者アカウントに対応した項目内容を含んだ各種マスタを参照して、前記契 約者アカウントに対応したマスタ項目内容を取得するマスタ項目内容取得ステップと 前記画面項目表記と前記マスタ項目内容を表示する契約者アカウント別専用画面 を生成し出力する契約者アカウント別専用画面生成出力ステップと
を備えたことを特徴とするログイン ID制御による画面項目表記及びマスタ項目内容 の変換方法。

前記契約者アカウントに対応した項目内容を含んだ各種マスタを参照して、前記契 約者アカウントに対応したマスタ項目内容を取得するマスタ項目内容取得手順と、 前記画面項目表記と前記マスタ項目内容を表示する契約者アカウント別専用画面 を生成し出力する契約者アカウント別専用画面生成出力手順と、
