Abstract

L'invention concerne un système d'entraînement d'une presse de formage où la longueur et la succession des courses de levage sont programmables et les profils de vitesse et de puissance sont flexibles, chaque point de pression du coulisseau pouvant être piloté par une régulation de position et de force séparée. L'invention vise en outre à minimiser l'absorption d'énergie du réseau d'alimentation, les variations de charges dépendant des cycles et les rétroactions de réseau sans utiliser d'énergie stockée supplémentaire. Pour des presses de formage à plusieurs points de pression, le renversement du coulisseau doit pouvoir être régulé. A cet effet, l'invention propose une solution qui allie les avantages de presses hydrauliques en termes de profils de courses, de vitesses et de puissances librement programmables et les avantages de presses mécaniques en termes d'augmentation de rendement, de rigidité et de reproductibilité du point d'inversion inférieur en fonction de la course. Un ou plusieurs entraînements électriques en tant que servomoteurs agissent sur une transmission à manivelle de telle sorte qu'en plus des profils de courses, de vitesses et de puissances librement programmables, le déroulement des mouvements liés à la course et/ou à la puissance est mis à profit de manière souple.
