[0003] 一般的に、おむつはずれの時期は 2歳前後であるといわれており、この時期にトイ レトレーニングを開始するのが望ましいとされている。ところが、近年の日本での調査 によれば、昼間のおむつはずれの時期は、 1960年には平均月齢 21. 4ヶ月であつ たものが、 2000年には平均月齢 30. 5ヶ月と、およそ 9ヶ月もおむつはずれが遅れて いる。このように、近年の乳幼児はおむつはずれの時期が遅れており、必然的に従 来よりも月齢が高 、幼児が使 、捨ておむつを必要とするようになって!/、る。従って、 パンツ型使い捨ておむつの需要は増大しており、従来は使い捨ておむつの着用対 象外であった月齢が高 、幼児に適合するような、サイズの大き!/、パンツ型使 、捨て おむつが求められている。
[0004] ところで、従来のパンツ型おむつでは、使用中に股間部分が飛び出すこと起因する 漏れの防止が課題とされており、この課題に取り組んだものとして、特許第 2571282 号 (特許文献 1)に記載された発明が挙げられる。この特許文献 1に記載された発明 によれば、一方の脚開口部近傍からおむつの股下の部分 (以下、「股下区域」）を横 切って他方の脚開口部近傍まで延びる弾性部材 (以下、「中央弾性部材」）が設けら れている。すなわち、特許文献 1に記載された発明では、両端が脚開口部近傍に延 びる中央弾性部材がおむつの股下区域を横切って位置するため、股下区域を持ち 上げて身体対応部位に適合密着させることができる。さらには、中央弾性部材の両 端は、脚開口部のそれぞれに沿って設けられた弾性部材 (以下、「側部弾性部材」） と連続している。このため、中央弾性部材は、側部弾性部材の緊張及び収縮に連動 して伸縮し、着用者が歩行等の運動をした場合であっても、その適合密着状態を保 つことができる。し力しながら、この特許文献 1に記載された発明では、股間部分の上 下方向への動きが抑制されないため、使用中に股間部分が飛び出すことを十分に 回避できてはいない。
発明の開示
発明が解決しょうとする課題
[0005] 本発明は、以上のような課題に鑑みてなされたものであり、おむつはずれの済んで いない 3歳〜 6歳の幼児に使用でき、且つ、使用中に股間部分が飛び出すことを防 止して漏れを防止したパンツ型使！ヽ捨ておむつを提供することを目的とする。
課題を解決するための手段
[0006] 本発明者らは、上記課題を解決するために鋭意研究を重ねた。その結果、おむつ はずれの済んでいない 3歳〜 6歳の幼児が使用可能な程度におむつ本体のサイズ 及び吸収能力を大きくしても、脚開口部の周縁に沿って備えられた複数本の弾性部 材の軌跡に工夫を凝らすことにより、股間部分の上下方向への動きを低減させて、使 用中に股間にある部分が飛び出すことを防止できることを見出し、本発明を完成する に至った。より具体的には、本発明は以下のようなものを提供する。
[0007] (1) パンツ形状のおむつ本体を備えたパンツ型使い捨ておむつであって、前記 おむつ本体は、着用者の胴に装着されるウェスト開口部、着用者の脚に装着される 一対の脚開口部、着用者の腹側に位置する前身頃、着用者の背側に位置する後身 頃、および着用者の股間に位置し、前記前身頃と前記後身頃とに接合されるクロッチ 部を有するアウターカバーと、前記アウターカバーの内側に接合され前記脚開口部 の間に位置する略帯状のインナ一部材と、を有し、
前記前身頃には、前記インナ一部材を幅方向に引っ張り弾性部材が設けられて 、 るパンツ型使 、捨ておむつ。
[0008] (1)のパンツ型使い捨ておむつでは、使用中の股間部分の飛び出しを防止すべく 、脚開口部の周縁に沿って備えられた複数本の弾性部材の軌跡に工夫が凝らされ ている。具体的には、本発明では前身頃にインナ一部材を前記おむつの横向きに引 つ張る弾性部材が設けられている。
[0009] (2) 前記弾性部材は、前記前身頃の側縁から中央に向かって横長の円弧を描く ように延びる線状の弾性部材である（1)に記載のパンツ型使い捨ておむつ。
[0010] 本発明では、弾性部材は、前身頃と後身頃とに設けられ、脚開口部の前側上部か ら後側下端まで延びる略半円弧状をなす。そして、前身頃に設けられた弾性部材は 、一端が前身頃の側縁付近に位置し、他端 (以下、「頂部」）は脚開口部の前側上端 付近に位置し、前身頃の側縁から前身頃の幅方向の中央に向かって延びる横長の 円弧を描く。
[0011] (3) 前記弾性部材の前身頃の側縁側に位置する端部から前身頃の中央側に位 置する端部までの最小寸法に対する幅方向の最小寸法の比率は、前記弾性部材が 延ばされていない状態において 1. 0以上 3. 0以下である（2)記載のパンツ型使い捨 ておむつ。
[0012] より具体的には、弾性部材の前身頃の側部側にある端部力 弾性部材の頂部まで の高さ方向の最小寸法に対する幅方向の最小寸法の比率は、着用前の状態、つま り弾性部材が伸ばされていない状態において 1. 0以上 3. 0以下である。従来品にお けるこれらの寸法の比率は、およそ 0. 5〜0. 8であったのに比べ、このパンツ型使い 捨ておむつでは、より大きい比率となるように設計されている。即ち、このパンツ型使 い捨ておむつは、従来品と比較して、弾性部材の高さ方向の寸法力 、さぐ横長で、 股間部分を幅方向に引っ張ることができるため、股間部分の高さ方向の伸縮が低減 される。従って、このパンツ型使い捨ておむつによれば、使用中の股間部分の飛び 出しを防止でき、漏れを回避できる。
[0013] (4) 前記前身頃の両側部のそれぞれに複数の前記弾性部材が設けられ、前記前 身頃の中央側の前記弾性部材の端部における弾性部材同士の間隔は、着用前の 状態において 7mm以上 12mm以下である（2)または（3)記載のパンツ型使い捨て おむつ。
[0014] (4)のパンツ型使 、捨ておむつでは、弾性部材の頂部における弾性部材同士の間 隔カ 着用前の状態において 7mm以上 12mm以下である。従来の一般的なパンツ 型使い捨ておむつでは、およそ 5mmであったのに比べて、このパンツ型使い捨てお むつは、弾性部材同士の間隔が広く設計されている。これは、脚開口部の周縁に沿 つて備えられた複数本の弾性部材の軌跡に工夫を凝らし、股間部分の高さ方向の伸 縮が低減されたことに伴って、胴回り方向（幅方向）の伸縮が増加されていわゆるゴム 跡が付き易くなつたため、これを回避するために設計されたものである。即ち、このパ ンッ型使い捨ておむつによれば、弾性部材同士の間隔を広くすることにより、胴周り にかかる圧力を分散させて、着用によるゴム跡の付着を低減することができる。
[0015] (5) 前記おむつ本体の高さ方向の最大寸法は、着用前の状態において 225mm 以上 265mm以下であり、且つ、幅方向の最大寸法は、着用前の状態において 180 mm以上 215mm以下である（2)から（4) Vヽずれか記載のパンツ型使!ヽ捨ておむつ
[0016] (5)のパンツ型使い捨ておむつは、着用前の状態におけるおむつ本体の高さ方向 の最大寸法は、 225mm以上 265mm以下であり、且つ、幅方向の最大寸法は、 18 Omm以上 215mm以下である。従来品のうち最も大きなタイプであっても、股上方向 の最大寸法はおよそ 215mmであり、幅方向の最大寸法はおよそ 175mmである。従 つて、このパンツ型使い捨ておむつは、従来品には見られない程に大きぐこれまで はおむつの着用の対象外とされていた 3歳〜 6歳の幼児であっても、着用することが できる。
[0017] また、このようにサイズの大きいパンツ型使い捨ておむつにおいては、使用中にお ける股間部分の飛び出しがより顕著になり易い。しかし、（5)のパンツ型使い捨てお むつによれば、脚開口部の周縁に沿って備えられた複数本の弾性部材の軌跡にェ 夫を凝らすことにより、股間部分の高さ方向の伸縮を低減させて、使用中の股間部分 の飛び出しを防止できるという効果を、より発揮することができる。 [0018] (6) 前記吸収体は、吸水量が 800g以上 lOOOg以下であり、且つ、保水量が 500 g以上 700g以下である（1)から（3) V、ずれか記載のパンツ型使 、捨ておむつ。
[0019] (6)のパンツ型使い捨ておむつで用いられる吸収体は、従来品よりも大きな吸水量 及び保水量を有している。具体的には、一番大きなサイズの従来品の吸水量は、お むつ 1枚あたりおよそ 660gであったのに対して、このパンツ型使い捨ておむつの吸 収体の吸水量は、おむつ 1枚あたり 800g以上 lOOOg以下である。また、一番大きな サイズの従来品の保水量は、およそ 450gであったのに対して、このパンツ型使い捨 ておむつの吸収体の保水量は、おむつ 1枚あたり 500g以上 700g以下である。従つ て、このパンツ型使い捨ておむつは、非常に大きな吸収能力を備えており、尿の量が 多い 3歳〜 6歳の幼児であっても、十分使用することができる。
[0020] また、このように大きな吸収能力を備えたパンツ型使い捨ておむつにおいては、使 用中における股間部分の飛び出しがより顕著になり易い。従って、（5)のパンツ型使 V、捨ておむっと同様に（6)のパンツ型使 、捨ておむつによれば、脚開口部の周縁に 沿って備えられた複数本の弾性部材の軌跡に工夫を凝らすことにより、股間部分の 高さ方向の伸縮を低減させて、使用中の股間部分の飛び出しを防止できるという効 果を、より発揮することができる。
発明の効果

[0024] <パンツ型使い捨ておむつの全体構成 >
本実施形態に係るパンツ型使い捨ておむつ 100の斜視図を図 1に、正面図を図 2 に示す。また、本実施形態に係るパンツ型使い捨ておむつ 100において、サイドフラ ップ 190を前身頃 101と後身頃 102とに切断したときの展開平面図を図 3に示す。さ らには、参考として従来のパンツ型使い捨ておむつ 300の斜視図を図 6に、正面図 を図 7に、サイドフラップ 390を前身頃 301と後身頃 302とに切断したときの展開平面 図を図 8に示す。本実施形態に係るパンツ型使い捨ておむつ 100は、 3歳〜 6歳の 幼児が着用可能なものであり、パンツ形状のおむつ本体 110を備えている。着用前 の状態におけるおむつ本体 110の股上方向の最大寸法は 225mm以上 265mm以 下であり、幅方向の最大寸法は 180mm以上 215mm以下である。

おむつ本体 110は、着用者の胴に装着されるウェスト開口部 120および着用者の 脚に装着される一対の脚開口部 130を有するパンツ形状のアウターカバー 140と、 アウターカバー 140の内側に接合され且つ脚開口部 130同士の間を通っておむつ 本体 110の正面側（前側）から背面側（後側）に至るインナ一部材 150と、を有して 、 る。アウターカバー 140は、着用者の腹側に位置する前身頃 101と、背面側に位置 する後身頃 102と、前身頃 101および後身頃 102の一端同士を接続し着用者の股 間に位置するクロッチ部 103とで構成されている。これらのアウターカバー 140とイン ナ一部材 150とを組み立てる際には、ヒートシール、超音波シール、又は、ホットメル ト接着剤等を用いることができる。また、おむつ本体 110は、脚開口部 130の周縁に 沿って前身頃 101側から脚開口部 130の股上側を通って後身頃 102側に曲線状に 延びる複数本の弾性部材 170を備えて 、る。
[0026] おむつ本体 110は、前身頃 101及び後身頃 102の一部に伸縮性を有する伸縮紐 107を備えており、この伸縮紐 107が伸びた状態で着用者に装着されることにより、 着用者の身体に密着する。また、おむつ本体 110には、ウェスト開口部 120に沿って 延びる弾性素材で構成されたウェストバンド 109が複数本備えられて 、る。ウェスト バンド 109はウェスト開口部 120の辺縁と略平行である。また、伸縮紐 107はウェスト バンド 109に略並行となるよう、前身頃 101および後身頃 102の両側部に設けられ、 おむつ本体 110の幅方向にほぼ直線的に延びている。伸縮紐 107およびウェストバ ンド 109は、アウターカバー 140を構成する複数のシートの間に設けられており、挟 み込んだ 2枚のシートの間に伸長した状態で、ホットメルトによって接合されている。 なお、おむつ本体 110の両側部には、前身頃 101の側縁と後身頃 102の側縁とが接 合されることより、サイドフラップ 190が形成されている。サイドフラップ 190には、おむ つ 100の廃棄処理時の止着用テープ 195が備えられており、前身頃 101や後身頃 1 02には、図柄等が表示されていてもよい。

アウターカバー 140は、おむつ本体 110の外形を形成するシートを少なくとも一つ 有する。これらシートとしては、耐液性、肌触りの良さ、及び、通気性を確保するため 、例えば、ポリプロピレン製等のスパンボンド不織布、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、 ポリエチレンテレフタレート等の繊維より構成されるスルーエアー不織布、スパンレー ス不織布等の他、エラストマーゃコポリマーを含み伸縮性や伸長性を有する不織布 や伸縮性フィルムとの複合シートが用いられる。さら〖こは、不透水性のプラスチックフ イルム、又は、これらを貼り合わせたシートを用いることもできる。なお、プラスチックフ イルムは、フィラーを混入した後、延伸することで、通気性、透湿性を確保できる。
[0028] 不織布としては、ポリオレフイン系、ポリエステル系、又は、ポリアミド系等の繊維で 形成されたシースコア型複合繊維の他、サイドバイサイド型複合繊維で構成された不 織布を用いることができる。また、不織布の製造方法は特に限定されず、スパンボン ド、ポイントボンド、スルーエアボンド、ケミカルボンド、メルトブローン、スパンレース、 又は、ニードルパンチ等の方法を用いることができる。なお、不織布を構成する繊維 の繊維径は、 0. 1 m〜50 μ mであることが好ましぐ 5 μ m〜30 μ mであることがさ らに好ましい。不織布の目付は、 2gZm2〜100gZm2であることが好ましぐ 7g/m2 〜20gZm2であることがさらに好まし!/、。
[0029] また、本実施形態ではアウターカバー 140は、液不透過性の裏面シートを有する。
この裏面シートは、吸収性コアに吸収された排泄物が外へ漏れ出すことを防止するも のであり、撥水処理された不織布や、微細孔を有する透湿性プラスチックフィルム、 又は、これらの積層体が用いられる。裏面シートを、透湿性素材とすることにより、装 着時のムレを低減し、不快感を解消することができる。このような材料としては、例え ば、合成樹脂を膜ィ匕したシート状フィルム、無機フィラーを充填させて延伸処理を施 すことにより得られる通気フィルムの他、紙及び不織布を複合したラミネート、 10%〜 30%の開孔を有し孔径が 0. lmn！〜 0. 6mmの範囲で毛細管を吸収性体側に向か うように配置することにより得られる通気性液遮断シート等を用いることができる。好ま しくは、布のような外観を生じるようにエンボスカ卩ェされた熱力卩ェ性フィルムである。

インナ一部材 150は、吸収性コア及び液透過性の表面シートから形成される吸収 体 180を有する。おむつ 100に設けられる吸収体 180の吸水量はおむつ一枚あたり 900g、保水量は 600gであり、従来品よりも優れた吸収能力を有している。
[0031] 表面シートとしては、肌に刺激を与えない材料が好ましぐ親水性の不織布ゃ開孔 プラスチック等の液透過性シートが用いられる。ここでいぅ不織布は、スパンボンド、ス ノ ンレース、ニードルパンチ、メルトブローン、サーマルボンド、ケミカルボンド、エア 一スルー等の製法で製造されたものである。不織布としては、アウターカバー 140と 同様のものを用いることができる。また、レーヨン、アセテート、コットン、パルプ、又は 、合成樹脂を単独又は芯鞘構造を成すように複合した繊維状シートを用いることもで きる。 [0032] 吸収性コアとしては、解繊パルプと高吸水性ポリマーを併用したものが好ましく用い られる他、セルロース繊維、熱可塑性榭脂、高吸水性ポリマー、熱融着性繊維等が 混合されて熱処理されたものが好ましく用いられる。吸収性コアはこれらの素材が層 状に積層されて構成されてもよい。なお、複数の層が積層された吸収性コアにおい ては、上層、中層、下層のいずれかを高吸収性ポリマーで構成してもよぐまた、高吸 収性ポリマーとパルプと混合した層を配置してもよい。高吸水性ポリマーは、自重の 2 0倍以上の液体を吸収して保持し得る性能を有し、ゲルィ匕する性質を有するものが 好ましい。このような高分子吸水ポリマーとしては、デンプンーアクリル酸 (塩)グラフト 共重合体、デンプンーアクリロニトリル共重合体のケンィ匕物、ナトリウムカルボキシメチ ルセルロースの架橋物、アクリル酸 (塩)重合体等が挙げられる。
[0033] [弾性部材]
弾性部材 170は、各脚開口部 130の周縁に沿って前身頃 101側力も脚開口部 13 0の股上側を通って後身頃 102側に曲線状に延びるように複数本備えられている。 すなわち、弾性部材 170は前身頃 101と後身頃 102とに設けられ、おむつ 100を側 部から見た場合には図 4に示すように、脚開口部 130の前側上部から後側下端まで 延びる略半円弧状をなす。本発明では、前身頃 101の両側部に設けられた弾性部 材 170の配置が工夫されている。具体的には、図 2に示すように、前身頃 101に設け られた弾性部材 170は前身頃 101の側縁から中心に向かって横長の円弧を描くよう に配置されている。前身頃 101の弾性部材 170の一端は、前身頃 101の側部に位 置し、他端 (頂部） 1クロッチ部 103と前身頃 101との接合部付近に位置している。
[0034] より詳しくは、前身頃 101側の側端に位置する弾性部材 170の端縁から弾性部材 1 70の頂部までの高さ方向の最小寸法に対する幅方向の最小寸法の比率が着用前 の状態において 1. 0以上 3. 0以下である領域に、弾性部材 170が複数本備えられ ている。即ち、本実施形態に係るパンツ型使い捨ておむつ 100の正面図である図 2 において、前身頃 101側の端部力も弾性部材 170の頂部までの高さ方向の最小寸 法 Yに対する幅方向の最小寸法 Xの比率 XZYの値は、 1. 0以上 3. 0以下の範囲 内である。
[0035] これに対して、従来のパンツ型使い捨ておむつ 300では、図 9に示すように弾性部 材 370は脚開口部 330の前側下端力も後側下端までほぼ完全な円弧を描くように設 けられている。特にパンツ型使い捨ておむつ 300の前側には図 7に示すように、前身 頃 301側にある弾性部材 (上側弾性部材） 370uと、クロッチ部 303側にある弾性部 材 (下側弾性部材) 370bとが設けられている。上側弾性部材 370uは、股間部分の 上部にある股上部力も前身頃 301の側部に延び、下側弾性部材 370bは、股間部分 にある股間部力も前身頃 301に延び上側弾性部材 370uの頂部は下側弾性部材 37 Obの前身頃 301側の端縁と交差して 、る。これらの交点力も上側弾性部材 370uの 頂部までの高さ方向の最小寸法 Y'に対する幅方向の最小寸法 X'の比率 X' /Y' の値は、 0. 5〜0. 8の範囲内である。このように、図 2と図 6とを比較すれば明らかで あるように、本実施形態に係るパンツ型使い捨ておむつ 100は、従来のパンツ型使 い捨ておむつ 300に比べて、高さ方向の弾性部材 170の寸法が小さぐ股間部分の 高さ方向の伸縮が低減されている。
[0036] 弾性部材 170としては、天然ゴム、合成ゴム、ポリウレタン製の糸状ゴム、平ゴム、リ ボン状ゴム、熱収縮性素材、吸水収縮性繊維等種々の材料を用いることができ、伸 縮自在の弾性を有するものであれば特に制限されない。なお、弾性部材の頂部にお ける弾性部材 170同士の間隔は、着用前の状態において 7mm以上 12mm以下で あり、従来品よりも広く設計されている。
[0037] <吸水量及び保水量 >
本発明でいう「吸水量」とは、吸収体が吸収できる最大の水量を意味し、具体的に は、重さ 10kgの荷重が加わっても保持できる水量である。また、本発明でいう「保水 量」とは、吸収体が吸収した水分を保持できる最大の水量を意味し、具体的には、 75 Gで脱水した場合であっても保持できる水量である。おむつ 1枚あたりの吸水量及び 保水量は、具体的には次のような測定方法により求めることができる。
[0038] 先ず、使用器具として、生理食塩水（0.9%NaCl溶液）、アクリル板 (目安寸法 320
X 545mm,厚み 3mm〜5mm、重量 400g〜600g；)、 5kgの重りを 2つ、脱水機（75 G)、金網 (標準金網：開孔直径 5mm、孔間距離 5mm)を準備する。
[0039] 次 、で、測定対象の試料を採取する。具体的には、おむつ 1枚の重量を測定した 後、ウェストギャザー (WG)を形成するウェストバンド、レッダギャザー（LG)を形成す る弾性部材、および立体ギャザー (LSG)を形成する伸縮紐を切断して、おむつを平 にする。切断の際には、吸収体まで切断しないように十分注意する。また、試料の採 取数は、 n= 5とする。
[0040] 手順としては、先ず、おむつの吸収体を下に向けた状態で生理食塩水約 20L中に 手で押しながら浸漬させる。生理食塩水は、おむつ 6枚まで測定が可能であり、それ 以上は濃度が変化してしまうため、交換が必要である。おむつを浸漬させた後、その 状態で 30分間放置する。 30分経過後、おむつを取り出し、金網上におむつの吸収 体を下にして載せ、おむつの上にアクリル板を載せる。さらに、アクリル板の上に 5kg の重りを 2個載せ、計 10kgの荷重をかける。荷重をかけた状態で 20分間放置する。 20分経過後、おむつの重量を測定し、初期の重量との差から、吸水量が求まる。
[0041] 次いで、上記の処置を施して吸水量を求めたおむつ（3枚まで）を、脱水機内に入 れ、吸収体を外に向けておむつ同士が重ならないように並べ、 90秒間、 75Gの脱水 を行う。脱水後、おむつの重量を測定し、初期の重量との差から、保水量が求まる。
[0042] <使用後の股間周りの飛び出し >
本実施形態に係るパンツ型使い捨ておむつ 100の使用前後の様子を着用者の側 面から見た図を図 4及び図 5に示す。同様に、従来のパンツ型使い捨ておむつ 300 の使用前後の様子を着用者の側面力も見た図を図 9及び図 10に示す。これらの図 力も明らかであるように、従来のパンツ型使い捨ておむつ 300では、着用者の体液を 吸収した後には股間周り Bの飛び出しがはっきりと確認できる。これに対して、本実施 形態に係るパンツ型使 、捨ておむつ 100では、着用者の体液を吸収した後であって も、あまり変化は見られず、股間周り Aの飛び出しが防止されていることが確認できる

前記おむつ本体は、着用者の胴に装着されるウェスト開口部、着用者の脚に装着 される一対の脚開口部、着用者の腹側に位置する前身頃、着用者の背側に位置す る後身頃、および着用者の股間に位置し該前身頃と後身頃とに接合されるクロッチ 部を有するパンツ形状のアウターカバーと、前記アウターカバーの内側に接合され前 記脚開口部の間に位置する略帯状のインナ一部材と、を有し、
前記前身頃には、前記インナ一部材を幅方向に引っ張る弾性部材が設けられて 、 るパンツ型使 、捨ておむつ。
[2] 前記弾性部材は、前記脚開口部の周縁に沿って前記前身頃の側縁から中央に向 力つて横長の円弧を描くように延びる線状の弾性部材である請求項 1に記載のパン ッ型使い捨ておむつ。
[3] 前記弾性部材の前身頃の側部側の端部から前身頃の中央側の端部までの最小寸 法に対する幅方向の最小寸法の比率は、前記弾性部材が延ばされて 、な 、状態に おいて 1. 0以上 3. 0以下である請求項 2記載のパンツ型使い捨ておむつ。
[4] 前記前身頃の両側部のそれぞれに複数の前記弾性部材が設けられ、
前記前身頃の中央側の前記弾性部材の端部における弾性部材同士の間隔は、着 用前の状態において 7mm以上 12mm以下である請求項 2または 3記載のパンツ型 使い捨ておむつ。
[5] 前記おむつ本体の高さ方向の最大寸法は、着用前の状態において 225mm以上 2 65mm以下であり、且つ、幅方向の最大寸法は、着用前の状態において 180mm以 上 215mm以下である請求項 2から 4いずれか記載のパンツ型使い捨ておむつ。
[6] 前記吸収体は、吸水量が 800g以上 lOOOg以下であり、且つ、保水量が 500g以上 700g以下である請求項 1から 5 、ずれか記載のパンツ型使 、捨ておむつ。
