本発明の営業活動支援システムは、図 1に示すように、各営業員が携帯する携帯 情報端末 20、及び前記携帯情報端末 20と通信ネットワークを介して接続可能なサ ーバ 10により構成されている。
[0035] なお、本実施形態にあっては、図 1に示すようにこのサーバ 10に対して通信ネットヮ ークを介して接続可能な端末装置を設け、この端末装置を管理者が操作する管理者 用端末装置 30としている。本実施形態にあっては、営業活動支援システム 1に対す るデータ入力等のうち管理者が行うもの、管理者による報告書等の閲覧作業は、全 てこの管理者用端末装置 30を使用して行うものとして説明するが、例えば管理者に よる操作は、例えばサーバ 10に直接接続されたキーボードやマウス、ディスプレイ等 の入出力装置を介して直接行うものとしても良い。 [0036] このように営業活動支援システム 1により、管理者用端末装置 30より入力された作 業指示、及び、前記作業指示に含まれる各作業について携帯情報端末 20を介して 入力された作業予定日等のデータをサーバ 10が記憶手段 11内の営業計画情報記 憶部 11aに記憶することにより営業計画情報を作成し、及び管理する作業、

並びに、抽出条件、出力様式等を指定した管理者用端末装置 30から要求により、 サーバ 10が前記営業計画情報記憶部 11a及び営業報告情報記憶部 l ib内のデー タを抽出すると共に、集計し、要求された様式の報告書を管理者用端末装置 30の画 面上に表示可能なデータとして前記管理者用端末装置 30に出力する書類閲覧の作 業のそれぞれが、サーバ 10により統一的に行われている（図 2参照）。

管理者用端末装置 30は、前述したように、サーバ 10の記憶手段 11に対する作業 指示の登録と、該記憶手段 11に記憶された情報の閲覧に使用する他、後述するよう に、サーバ 10の記憶手段 11に記憶された各種マスタの削除、変更、更新を行う際に 使用するもので、サーバ 10に対するアクセスが可能であると共に、該サーバ 10との 間でデータの送受信が可能なものであれば、汎用されている既知のパーソナルコン ピュータを管理者用端末装置 30として使用することができる。
[0042] 管理者用端末装置 30を介し、管理者の IDナンバーやパスワード等を伴った接続 要求を行い、サーバ 10と管理者用端末装置 30間で接続が確立すると、管理者用端 末装置 30の画面上にはサーバ 10より受信したデータに従レ、、所定のメニュー画面 が表示される。

1.携帯情報端末の概要
営業者用の携帯情報端末 20は、無線による通信を介して通信ネットワークに接続 され、この通信ネットワークを介して前述のサーバ 10との間で接続を確保することが でき、該サーバ 10との間で必要なデータの送受信が可能であると共に、後述する各 動作を可能とする各手段を実現するための動作環境を備えるものであれば、各種の ものを使用することができ、通信機能付きの携帯用パーソナルコンピュータ、 PDA, 携帯電話機等、既知の各種の携帯情報端末を使用することができる。
[0045] この携帯情報端末 20より行う作業としては、サーバ 10の記憶手段 11に設けられた 営業計画情報記憶部 11aに記憶された営業計画情報の取得、該営業計画情報の修 正、営業員が行った作業に対する報告データの入力、及びサーバ 10に対するこれら データの送信であり、携帯情報端末 20は、メモリ内に記憶されたプログラムを実行す ることにより、以下に説明する各作業を行うことが可能となっている。

携帯情報端末 20により行う各作業の流れを、図 3に従って説明すれば、下記の通り である。

携帯情報端末 20を携帯する営業員は、一日の作業の開始時にこの携帯情報端末 20を立ち上げ、携帯情報端末 20をサーバ 10に接続すると共に、サーバ 10の記憶 手段 11より必要なデータを取得する。
[0049] 本実施形態にあっては、携帯情報端末 20を起動すると、その画面上に営業員コー ドの入力、及び、該営業員に付与されたパスワードの入力欄、及び、サーバ 10に対 する接続の実行を要求するタップボタンが表示され、入力欄に営業員コード及びパ スワードを入力すると共に、タップボタンの選択によりサーバ 10に対する接続要求を 行えるように構成されている（図 3中の Sl)。

(1)概要
前述のメインメニュー画面にぉレ、て、営業員が「本日の作業予定」を選択すると（図 3中の S3)、この選択に従って、営業員が行う報告データの入力作業を誘導する入 力誘導手段が実現され、これにより携帯情報端末 20の画面上には該営業員の当日 の作業内容の一覧と共に、入力が要求される報告内容に応じ、これを選択するため のタップボタンが表示される。
[0056] 本実施形態にあっては、一例として図 5に示すように、該営業員の当日の作業内容 の一覧と共に、「作業指示更新」、「出発登録」、「走行メータ表示」、「休憩時間登録」 、「メインメニュー」、「帰着登録」のタップボタンが表示された「本日の作業内容」画面 を表示しており、各タップボタンの選択により、入力誘導手段の誘導に従って下記の 通りのデータ入力が可能となる。

各営業員は、訪問先の店舗に入店し、この訪問先の店舗における予定の作業を消 化すると、この店舗で行った作業の内容を登録する「作業実績の入力」（図 3中の S8

また、携帯情報端末 20からの要求により、携帯情報端末 20に対して記憶手段 11 に記憶されたデータ中、少なくとも該営業者に関する営業計画情報を出力する「営業 計画情報出力手段」、携帯情報端末 20を介して入力された報告データの受信を受 け、該受信したデータに従って、記憶手段 11内に記憶されたデータを更新する、「営 業計画情報更新手段」、及び「営業報告情報更新手段」が実現される（図 2参照)。

営業員報告書出力手段は、営業員が携帯情報端末 20を介して入力し、サーバ 10 の記憶手段 11内に記憶された作業実績に関するデータから、指定された抽出条件 に該当するデータを抽出し、これを「日報」、「車両月報 (営業員別）」、「車両月報 (営 業所別)」等の形式で出力して、管理者用端末装置 30の画面上で閲覧可能とする手 段である。
[0164] これにより、管理者は、営業員の作業実績、該営業員が移動手段として車両を使用 する場合には、該車両の稼働状況、営業活動に際して生じた経費等を容易に確認 することができるものとなっている。
[0165] 一例として、管理者用端末装置 30の画面上に表示されたメニュー画面より、営業員 報告書閲覧のメニューを選択すると、記憶手段内に記憶されたプログラムの実行によ り、前述の営業員報告書出力手段が起動する。

[0167] ここで出力される、「日報」、「車両月報 (営業員別）」、「車両月報 (営業所別）」にお いて表示される各データは、前述のように各営業員が各携帯情報端末 20を介して入 力し、サーバ 10に送信した報告データに基づき表示されるもので、営業員報告書出 力手段は、報告データとして該サーバ 10の記憶手段 11内に記憶されたデータを、 入力された抽出条件に従って抽出'集計して、要求された様式でこれを管理者用端 末装置 30の画面上に表示する。
[0168] 従って、「日報」、「車両月報 (営業員別）」、「車両月報 (営業所別）」において表示 される情報は、営業員が報告用データとして入力する情報に基づいて表示されるも のであり、上記各形式の報告書において表示される情報の種類は、営業者に対して 入力を要求するデータの種類に対応し、本実施形態にあっては、前述した携帯情報 端末 20による入力内容に対応して、一例として下記の如き内容を表示させることがで きる。
[0169] メニュー画面上にぉレ、て「日報」を選択した場合には、この日報として表示すべきデ ータの抽出条件として、抽出すべき期間 (年月日一年月日）、営業所、営業員の入力 を要求する、抽出条件の入力画面が表示される。
[0170] この入力画面の入力欄に、抽出を希望する条件を入力した後、指定された出力形 式による表示の実行を指令すると、営業員報告書出力手段は、記憶手段より入力さ れた条件に該当する報告データを抽出し、指定された出力形式でこのデータを管理 者用端末装置に出力し、その画面上に日報を表示する。
[0171] 表示される日報には、指定した抽出条件、及び該抽出条件により抽出されたデータ を該当日毎に、顧客である訪問先店舗のチェーン名、店舗名、顧客店舗に対する営 業員の入店時間、退店時間、滞在時間、顧客に対する商品案内の有無、商品情報 提供の有無、クレーム処理の有無、該訪問先顧客店舗での直接受注の有無、間接 受注の有無、該訪問先店舗において該営業員が店舗調査を行ったか否か、在庫調 查を行ったか否力、、陳列を行ったか否か、 POP設置を行ったか否力 \ベタ付を行つ たか否か、及び、該顧客店舗の訪問に際して発生した経費の額が表示され、さらに、 陳歹 lj、 POP設置、ベタ付け、経費については、該当表示箇所を例えばクリックするこ とにより、その内容が更に詳細に表示されるよう構成している。
[0172] また、メニュー画面上において「車両月報 (営業員別）」を選択すると、該選択に応 じて管理者用端末装置 30の画面上には、車両月報 (営業員別）として表示するデー タの抽出条件として、年、月、営業所、営業員の入力を要求する画面が表示される。 [0173] この入力画面において、要求された抽出条件を入力すると共に、この抽出条件に 従ったデータの抽出及び表示の実行を指令すると、記憶手段より抽出条件に該当す るデータが抽出されると共に、抽出されたデータが指定された表示形式で管理者用 端末装置の画面上に表示される。
[0174] この車両月報 (営業員別）として、本実施形態にあっては、抽出条件で指定された 年、月における指定された営業員の訪問店舗数、始業時間、終業時間、出発時及び 終了時の走行メータ表示、走行キロ数、経費の内訳として、電話、郵便、 FAX等の各 通信費の額、有料道路の通行料金額、駐車料、当該車両以外の交通機関を使用し た場合における交通費の額、コピー代、上記各経費のいずれにも該当しなレ、ものを 表示するその他 1、その他 2、出張費としての交通費、宿泊費、手当の各金額、経費 の合計額等が、抽出された月の各日毎及び該当する月の合計が表示される。
[0175] さらに、メニュー画面上において「車両月報 (営業所別）」を選択すると、該選択に応 じて管理者端末装置の画面上には、車両月報 (営業所別）の表示を行うデータの抽 出条件として、年、月、営業所の入力画面が表示され、この入力欄に抽出条件を入 力すると共に、車両月報 (営業所別）の出力を要求すると、営業員報告書出力手段 が入力された抽出条件に該当するデータを記憶手段より抽出して、車両月報（営業 所別）の形式でこれを出力する。
[0176] この車両月報 (営業所別）としては、該当する営業所の各営業員の、該当する月の 集計が表示され、表示される項目は、前述の「車両月報（営業員別）」と同内容である
[0177] (3)作業実績報告書出力手段
作業実績報告書出力手段は、前述のように各営業員が携帯情報端末 20を介して 入力した作業実績に関するデータから、指定された抽出条件に従いデータ抽出を行 レ、、これを所定の表示形式で出力するもので、本実施形態にあっては、この表示形 態として、「受注」、「店頭調査」、「在庫調査」、「陳列」、「POP設置」、「ベタ付」、「商 談」の各形式で出力可能としている。
[0178] このうち、「受注」とは、顧客である店舗からの受注の内訳を表示するもので、抽出 条件として、年及び月の入力、抽出する受注の形式として、直接受注、間接受注及 びこれらの双方のいずれかの選択、集計対象とする商品名、顧客店舗のチェーン、 店舗、営業員のいずれかの指定、及び、前記集計対象に対応して、集計単位とする 商品の単位、チェーン名、店舗名、営業員名の入力が要求され、この抽出条件の入 力要求に応じて必要な抽出条件を入力することにより、抽出条件に従って抽出され たデータが所定の形式で出力される。
[0179] 「店頭調査」とは、営業員が店舗を訪問した際に、該店舗の売り場において調査し た調査対象商品の各店舗又はチェーンにおける販売状態、「在庫調査」とは、調査 対象店舗における調査対象商品の在庫数、「陳列」、「P〇P設置」、「ベタ付」は、該 営業員が訪問先の店舗でこれら各作業を行った否か、および行った場合には、その 内容の詳細を、また、「商談」では、営業員が訪問した店舗で行った商談内容及びそ の成果等を表示する。
[0180] 以上のような作業実績報告書は、抽出する期間による絞りと共に、商品、営業員、 店舗又はチェーン、及びこれらを組合せて抽出の絞りをかけることで、これらのいず れか又は組合せをキーとした形式で表示することが可能であることから、管理者はこ のようにして閲覧した報告書を、営業員の活動状態を評価する際の資料として利用 することができるだけでなぐ各チェーンや各店舗の発注状態、在庫数等から、次回 訪問のタイミング、発注する商品の種類や傾向、該店舗における売れ筋商品の把握 、効果的な販売形式の把握等の営業戦略上の重要な判断資料となると共に、これら の情報が、新規商品の紹介やセールスプロモーションの企画、提案等を行う際の判 断資料として有効に活用することができるものとなっている。
[0181] しかも、これらのデータの集計は、管理者用端末装置 30により抽出条件を指定する だけで、サーバ 10の報告作成 ·出力手段が自動でこれを集計すると共に、この集計 結果を所定の出力形式に整理して出力するものであることから、必要な資料を見た い時に見たい内容として整理することが極めて容易であり、管理者の作業負担を増 カロさせることなく、各種の評価、判断の際の資料を容易に得ることができるものとなつ ている。
[0182] (4)マスタメンテナンス手段
マスタメンテナンス手段は、前述の管理者用端末装置による入力に対応して、サー バの各マスタに記憶されているデータの追カロ、削除、変更等を行う手段であり、前述 した「店舗マスタ」（該店舗がチェーン店等である場合には、「店舗本部マスタ」及び「 店舗マスタ」）、「商品マスタ」、「営業員マスタ」、「管理者マスタ」、 「クライアントマスタ」 、「営業所マスタ」に記憶されているデータの追カロ、削除、変更を行う。
[0183] 3.携帯情報端末からの要求により実現する手段
携帯情報端末 20からの要求により、サーバ 10において実現される前掲の「営業計 画情報出力手段」、「営業計画情報更新手段」、及び「営業報告情報更新手段」は、 それぞれ下記の機能を有する。
[0184] 3-1.営業計画情報出力手段
サーバ 10の記憶手段 11に設けられた営業計画情報記憶部 11aには、管理者用端 末装置 30を介して入力された作業指示と、携帯情報端末 20を介して入力された、該 作業指示に対する作業予定日に関するデータが記憶された、営業計画情報が記憶 されており、前述の営業計画情報出力手段は、携帯情報端末 20に対し、この営業計 画情報記憶部 11aに記憶されたデータ中、各営業員に関する営業計画情報を、対 応する携帯情報端末 20に対して出力する。
[0185] 本実施形態にあっては、この営業計画情報出力手段は、サーバ 10に対して当該 携帯情報端末 20から当日最初のアクセスがあった際に、該携帯情報端末 20に対し て営業計画情報を出力する作業と、
携帯情報端末 20に対して前述のようにして営業計画情報の出力を行った後、営業 計画情報記憶部 11aに記憶された当該営業員の当日の営業計画情報が書き換えら れる等して携帯情報端末 20が取得した営業計画情報を更新する必要が生じた際に 、携帯情報端末 20からの要求により営業計画情報を出力する作用とがある。
[0186] 本実施形態にあっては、携帯情報端末 20から、営業員コードとパスワードとを伴つ た当日最初の接続要求に対し、サーバ 10が携帯情報端末 20との接続を確立すると 、前述の営業計画情報出力手段は入力された営業員コードに対応する営業作業計 画を抽出して携帯情報端末 20に送信する。
[0187] またこの営業計画情報出力手段は、前記営業計画情報と共に必要に応じてマスタ ファイル 11cに記憶されている商品マスタや店舗マスタ等の各種マスタに記憶されて レ、るデータを携帯情報端末 20に対して出力するように構成しても良い。
[0188] 前述のようにして一旦携帯情報端末に対して営業計画情報を出力した営業計画情 報出力手段は、その後、携帯情報端末 20から営業計画情報の更新の要求があった とき、該要求を行った携帯情報端末 20に対して、該当する営業員の当日の営業計 画情報を出力する。
[0189] これにより、携帯情報端末 20に対して営業計画情報の出力が行われた後に、管理 者用端末装置 30からの作業指示登録により、該営業員の当日のスケジュールが追 加乃至は変更されている場合等において、携帯情報端末がこの追加乃至は変更後 の作業予定を取得することを可能とする。
[0190] 3-2.営業計画情報更新手段
携帯情報端末 20からのデータ送信（図 3の S22)を受けたサーバ 10は、営業計画 情報更新手段により携帯情報端末 20において指定された作業予定日に従い、記憶 手段 11の営業計画情報記憶部 11aに記憶された営業計画情報を更新する。
[0191] これにより、サーバ 10の記憶手段 11に設けられた営業計画情報記憶部 11aに記 憶された営業計画情報のうち、管理者用端末装置 30を介して入力された作業指示 に対する作業予定日が決定され、また、営業計画情報が最新の情報に更新されるこ とにより、携帯情報端末 20において、当日の作業予定等の表示が可能となる。
[0192] また、この営業計画情報の更新により、報告作成出力手段は最新の訪問予定表を 出力可能となり、管理者による営業員のスケジュール管理が可能となる。
[0193] 3-3.営業報告情報更新手段
携帯情報端末 20からのデータ送信（図 3の S22)を受けたサーバ 10は、さらに、営 業報告情報更新手段により携帯情報端末 20を介して入力された報告データに従い 、記憶手段 11の営業報告情報記憶部 l ibに記憶された営業報告情報を更新する。
[0194] これにより、報告作成出力手段は最新の営業員報告書、作業実績報告書を出力可 能となり、管理者用端末を介したこれらの書類の閲覧が可能となる。

請求の範囲
[1] 営業活動の実行者である営業員により操作される携帯情報端末と、前記携帯情報 端末と通信ネットワークを介して接続可能なサーバから成り、
前記サーバが、記憶手段と、前記記憶手段に対するデータの入出力を処理する中 央処理部を備え、
前記サーバの前記記憶手段が、訪問先、及び該訪問先における作業内容を指定 して前記営業員を管理する管理者が作成した作業指示と、該作業指示中の各作業 に対し各営業員が指定した作業予定日を記憶する営業計画情報記憶部と、各営業 員が作業の実施に伴って報告した営業報告情報を記憶する営業報告情報記憶部と を備えると共に、
前記中央処理部が、
入力された前記作業指示を前記営業計画情報記憶部に登録する作業指示登録手 段、
前記営業計画情報記憶部に記憶されたデータを、各営業員毎に振り分けて該当 する営業員の携帯情報端末に出力する営業計画情報出力手段、
前記携帯情報端末を介して営業員が指定した前記作業予定日を受信し、前記営 業計画情報記憶部に記憶されたデータを更新する営業計画情報更新手段、 前記携帯情報端末を介して営業員が入力した営業報告情報を受信して、前記営 業報告情報記録部に記憶された営業報告情報を更新する、営業報告情報更新手段 、及び、
指定された抽出条件に従い、前記営業計画情報記憶部及び Z又は営業報告情報 記憶部に記憶されたデータを検索すると共に、抽出条件に該当するデータを前記記 憶手段より読み出すと共に、指定された様式の報告書データを作成して出力可能と 成す報告作成出力手段を有することを特徴とする営業活動支援システム。
[2] 前記管理者により操作される管理者用端末装置を設け、該管理者用端末装置を通 信ネットワークを介して前記サーバに接続可能とし、
前記作業指示登録手段により前記営業計画情報記憶部に記憶される前記作業指 示、及び、前記報告作成出力手段に対する前記抽出条件及び前記様式の指定を、 該管理者用端末装置を介して入力可能と成すと共に、
前記報告作成手段からの報告データを、前記管理者用端末装置により受信可能と したことを特徴とする請求項 1記載の営業活動支援システム。
[3] 前記携帯情報端末が、前記サーバの記憶手段より取得したデータに従って、該営 業員の当日の作業内容の一覧をその画面上に表示すると共に、
該一覧中より作業内容を選択することにより、該画面上に報告作成に必要なデータ の入力画面を表示する、報告データの入力誘導手段を有することを特徴とする請求 項 1又は 2記載の営業活動支援システム。
[4] 前記サーバの前記記憶手段が、訪問先を所定のグノレープ毎に分類する属性をキ 一として関連付けて記憶しており、
前記作業指示における訪問先として、前記グノレープが指定されているとき、前記作 業指示登録手段が、該作業指示を該グループに属する各訪問先を指定した作業指 示として前記営業計画情報記憶部に記憶することを特徴とする請求項 1一 3いずれ 力 1項記載の営業活動支援システム。
