Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif pour réaliser des panneaux à structure sandwich. Les panneaux à structure sandwich sont réalisés de façon entièrement automatique de sorte qu'une armature constituée de barres longitudinales (2) et de barres transversales (3), est tout d'abord assemblée, puis des garnitures alvéolaires (5) sont disposées automatiquement dans les compartiments formés. Une unité d'élévation (7) est appliquée et comprimée contre un panneau supérieur (1). Le panneau supérieur (1) est ensuite élevé au moyen de l'unité d'élévation (7), et appliqué sur un panneau inférieur (6), ce qui permet la formation du panneau à structure sandwich fini.
