Abstract

  フッ素化されたペンタセン誘導体、例えば新規化合物であるテトラデカフルオロペンタセン、5, 6, 7, 12, 13, 14−ヘキサフルオロペンタセン、5, 7, 12, 14−テトラフルオロペンタセン、及び6, 13−ジフルオロペンタセン、並びにそれらの中間体を提供し、さらに、フッ素化されたペンタセン誘導体及びそれらの中間体の製造方法を提供する。 　ペンタセン骨格にオキソ基、水酸基、又はアルコキシル基を導入し、４フッ化硫黄によりフッ素化し、還元剤を用いて部分的に脱フッ素化することにより、ペンタセン骨格の所望の位置がフッ素化されたペンタセン誘導体を得る。
