Abstract

Es wird ein Verfahren zur Phosphatierung von Metallschichten durch elektrolytische Abscheidung aus sauren wässrigen Lösungen, die zumindest Zinkionen und Phosphationen enthalten, unter gleichzeitiger Anwendung von Gleichstrom dargestellt. Simultan mit der Abscheidung der Phosphatierungsschicht findet eine elektrolytische Abscheidung von Zink im selben Elektrolyten statt. Die Stromdichte liegt dabei im Bereich von > - 5 A/dmEs.
