  • a receiving sensor C is installed on a side of the driving motor 910 and is operated by a signal from a button on the handle to control the driving motor 910 for driving the rubber brush 930 in multi-step.
  • the operation and effect of the present invention is as follows. As shown in Fig. 7 - Fig. 9, the battery 890 in the driving part 870 for opening/closing the front cover 700 supplies an electric power to the driving motor 880 and the driving motor 880 rotates the ball screw 850 through the decelerator 900, when the front cover 710 of the helmet 700 is automatically opened/closed by a signal from the radio transmitting part 100.

  • the front cover automatic/manual button 200 on the handle for toggling an automatic state and a manual state is set to the automatic state to open/close the front cover
  • the front cover is opened or closed depending on the speed detected by the speed detecting part 120. For example, if 5 km/h is a reference value, the front cover is automatically opened when the speed is over 5 km/h, and the front cover is automatically closed when the speed is under 5 km/h.

Even though, the front cover automatic/manual button 220 is set to the automatic state, it is possible to open the front cover manually by the front cover opening button 230 and the front cover-closing button

  • the driving motor 910 installed in the first recess 950 on a side of the supporting plate 970, said plate having the curved surface formed with the cover-engaging groove 980 engaged with the upper end of the front cover 710, receives a signal generated from the operation of the buttons on the handle of motorcycle through the radio receiving part C to be operated.
  • the front cover brush on/off button 250 on the handle is off if its operation is not needed.
  • the brush can be operated by various buttons.
  • the buttons are the manual front cover brush button 260 for operating the front cover brush only a time, the front cover brush interval button 270 for operating the front cover brush intermittently and with a predetermined time interval(for example, 10 time/1 minute), the front cover brush slow button 280 for operating the front cover brush in slow, and the front cover brush quick button 290 for operating the front cover brush quickly.
  • the manual front cover brush button 260 for operating the front cover brush only a time can be operated only when the front cover brush on/off button 250 on the handle, which determines the operation of the brush, is off.
  • the driving motor 940 is driven by a battery(not shown) to rotate the pulley 940 connected the rotation axis 1040.
  • the pulley 1010 can be rotated with the pulley 940 as the pulley 1010 in the second recess 990 formed on the supporting plate 970 is coupled to the pulley 940 through the belt 1000.
  • the belt transferring groove 960 is formed in order for the belt to be transferred between the rollers 1020 in the supporting plate 970, the belt 1000 in the groove 960 can be moved right or left by the forward or reverse rotation of the motor 910.

  • the rubber brush 930 is constructed to come into contacted tightly with the curved surface of the front cover 710. As the driving motor 910 is controlled in multi-steps, the rubber brush 930 is operated fast or slow according to the selection of the buttons on the handle.
  • the driving motor in a helmet for motorcycle is operated by a signal from the radio switch, and the front cover of the helmet can be automatically and easily opened/closed by the ball screw connected to the driving motor and the hinge part to prevent a possible accident due to careless drive.
