  • the motor 14 is shown attached at the bottom of the window 11 , but it could be attached at the top, side or any preferred location on the window 11. Extending from the motor 14 is a wiper arm 16 to which a wiper blade 1 is attached in conventional manner.

  • the electrical power supply to the motor 14 is provided by a rechargeable battery 18 that is recharged by means of a solar cell or panel 19 mounted on the top of the motor 14.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de nettoyage (13) destiné au nettoyage de la vitre arrière (11) d'un véhicule automobile (10), en particulier d'un véhicule (10) de type berline. Le dispositif de nettoyage (13) comporte un bras d'essuie-glace (16) et un moyen d'entraînement (14) accouplé audit bras d'essuie-glace (16) de sorte à entraîner ce bras d'essuie-glace (16), et pouvant fonctionner pour entraîner le bras (16) dans un mouvement d'oscillation. Le moteur (14) comporte des moyens de fixation (15), tels qu'une surface adhésive (15), sur laquelle le dispositif de nettoyage (13) est fixé à la surface extérieure de la vitre arrière (11). Un moyen de commande à distance (20, 21), de préférence un générateur d'infrarouges (21) et un récepteur (20) électriquement connectés au moteur (14), permettent de faire fonctionner le dispositif de nettoyage (13) depuis l'intérieur du véhicule (10).
