Description

プリント注文承認システム及びプリント注文承認方法 技術分野
本発明は、 プリント注文承認システム及びプリント注文承認方法に関し、 特に、 学校写真におけるプリント注文承認システム及びプリント注文承認方法に関する。 背景技術
学校が企画する修学旅行、 運動会、 入学式、 卒業式等の行事では、記念となる写 真を失敗なく撮影するために、学校が写真撮影業者に撮影を依頼する方法が用いら れる。 この方法の場合、写真撮影業者は行事に同行して生徒が万遍なく写るように スナツプ写真や集合写真等を撮影し、行事終了後に撮影した写真を見本として提示 し、生徒が希望する写真を学校単位でまとめて注文し、 ラボにて一括してプリント が作成される。 ,
具体的には、例えば、写真撮影業者が撮影した写真を見本としてパネルに貼り付 けて掲示したり、アルバム状に整理して回覧し、生徒は見本写真パネルや見本写真 アルバムを閲覧して購入する写真を選択し、写真プリント注文票に学校名や行事名、 生徒名、 注文年月日、 写真の番号、枚数等の注文者や注文の内容を特定する情報を 記入し、クラス単位や学校単位で一括して写真撮影業者に写真プリントの作成を依 頼する。そして、写真撮影業者は回収した写真プリント注文票をラボ等のプリント 生産店に送り、ラボでは写真プリント注文票に記載された注文内容を読み取って集 計し、集計した結果に基づいてプリントを作成し、生徒毎に仕分けして注文袋に入 れて注文者に送付するという手順で写真プリントが提供される。
また、注文の集計作業に要する時間を短縮し、注文内容の入力ミスを防止するた めに、 注文内容をマークシートを用いて指定する方法もある。例えば、特開平 8— 2 9 3 0 0 9号公報 （第 4— 6頁、 第 1図） には、 1回の記入で注文できる注文番 号を記入する欄と、注文番号を記入する欄及ぴ記入した注文番号に対応する注文枚 数を記入する欄とからなる欄の、少なくとも 2つの欄を持つ学校写真注文用マーク シートが開示されている。 発明の開示
このような学校写真では、見本写真パネルや見本写真アルバムに掲示された見本 写真のどれを何枚注文するかなどの注文内容は生徒自身が決定するが、写真プリン トの代金は、 通常、 生徒の保護者 （例えば、 親権者） が支払うことになるため、 保 護者の意に反して、 生徒が多数の写真プリントを注文してしまう場合もある。
ここで、 所定の年齢に達した生徒 （例えば、 高校生など） の場合は、 必要以上に 多数の写真プリントを注文したり、間違つた注文をするという事態は生じにくいが、 年齢の低い生徒 （例えば、 小学生など） の場合は、 興味本位に多数の写真プリント を注文したり、間違って注文情報を記入してしまう場合が起こり得る。 このような ことから、不適切なプリント注文に基づくプリント作成を簡単かつ確実に防止する ことができるシステム及び方法の提案が望まれている。
本発明は、上記問題点に鑑みてなされたものであって、その主たる目的は、学校 の生徒等による不適切なプリント注文に基づくプリント作成を簡単かつ確実に防 止することができるプリント注文承認システム及びプリント注文承認方法を提供 することにある。 上記目的を達成するため、本発明のプリント注文承認システムは、第 1の顧客が 注文するプリント注文の注文情報を入力する入力手段と、該入力手段により入力さ れた前記注文情報を記憶する記憶手段と、該記憶手段に記憶された前記注文情報を 第 2の顧客の端末へ送信する送信手段とを有するものである。
また、本発明のプリント注文承認システムは、第 1の顧客が注文するプリント注 文の注文情報を受信する受信手段と、該受信手段により受信された前記注文情報を 記憶する記憶手段と、該記憶手段に記憶された前記注文情報を第 2の顧客の端末へ 送信する送信手段とを有するものである。
本発明においては、前記入力手段により入力された前記注文情報又は前記受信手 段により受信された前記注文情報に基づき、プリント料金を計算する料金計算手段 を有し、前記記憶手段は、該料金計算手段で計算されたプリント料金情報を記憶す る構成とすることができる。
また、本発明においては、前記第 2の顧客の端末から送信された前記プリント注 文を承認するか否かの情報を受信する受信手段を有する構成、又は、前記第 2の顧 客の端末から送信された前記プリント注文の内容を変更する情報を受信する受信 手段を有する構成とすることもできる。 .
また、本発明においては、前記入力手段で入力される前記注文情報又は前記受信 手段で受信される前記注文情報の中に、 プリント料金情報、 プリント枚数情報、 プ リントサイズ情報、プリントがされる画像を特定する情報のいずれかが含まれ、前 記送信手段で送信する前記注文情報の中に、プリント料金情報、プリント枚数情報、 プリントサイズ情報、プリントがされる画像を特定する情報のいずれかが含まれる ことが好ましい。
また、本発明においては、前記第 1の顧客は未成年の子供であり、前記第 2の顧 客は前記子供の親権者であることが好ましい。
また、本発明のプリント注文承認方法は、第 1の顧客が注文するプリント注文の 注文情報を入力する入力ステップと、入力された前記注文情報を記憶する記憶ステ ップと、記憶された前記注文情報を第 2の顧客の端末へ送信する送信ステップとを 有するものである。
また、本発明のプリント注文承認方法は、第 1の顧客が注文するプリント注文の 注文情報を受信する受信ステップと、受信された前記注文情報を記憶する記憶ステ ップと、記憶された前記注文情報を第 2の顧客の端末へ送信する送信ステップとを 有するものである。
このように、本発明では、学校の生徒等が学校写真のプリント注文を行う場合に、 プリント料金、 プリント枚数、 プリントサイズ、 プリントする写真を特定する情報 などの注文情報が生徒の親権者等に提供され、親権者が注文を承認した場合のみ写 真プリントの作成が行われるため、親権者の了解無しで未成年の生徒が勝手にプリ ントを入手することができなくなり、不適切なプリント注文に基づくプリント作成 を簡単かつ確実に防止することができる。 図面の簡単な説明

本発明に係るプリント注文承認システムは、その好ましい一実施の形態において、 学校の生徒等の注文者と、該生徒の親権者等の承認者と、行事に同行し写真を撮影 する写真撮影業者と、注文に基づいて写真プリントを作成するラボとを少なくとも 備え、 ラボでは、写真撮影業者が撮影した写真のフィルムを現像してパネル状又は アルバム状の見本写真を作成し、写真撮影業者を介して見本写真と写真プリント注 文票とを注文者に提供し、注文者は見本写真パネル等を閲覧して写真を選択して写 真プリント注文票に注文情報を記入する。そして、写真プリント注文票を回収した 写真撮影業者又はラボはプリント作成を実行する前に、各々の注文者に対応する承 認者に、 プリント料金、 プリント枚数、 プリントサイズ、 プリントする写真を特定 する情報などの注文情報を提供し、承認者が注文を承認した場合にのみプリントを 作成する。 これにより、不適切なプリント注文に基づくプリント作成を簡単かつ確 実に防止することができる。上記実施の形態についてさらに詳細に説明すべく、本 発明の実施例について図面を参照して説明する。
【実施例 1】
まず、本発明の第 1の実施例に係るプリント注文承認システム及ぴプリント注文 承認方法について、第 1図乃至第 8図を参照して説明する。 第 1図は、第 1の実施 例に係るプリント注文承認システムの構]^を模式的に示す図であり、第 2図は、注 文端末の構成を示すブロック図である。 また、第 3図は、写真プリントの注文及び 承認手順を示すフローチャート図であり、 第 4図は、 見本写真の掲示例を示す図、 第 5図は、写真プリント注文票の構成例を示す図である。 また、第 6図乃至第 8図 は、コード化情報を用いたプリント注文を行うために使用されるプリント注文票や コード化情報記録シール、 見本写真パネル等の構成例を示す図である。 第 1図に示すように、本実施例のプリント注文承認システム 1は、学校の行事に 同行して写真を撮影すると共に注文端末 3 aを用いてプリント注文を受け付ける 写真撮影業者 3と、撮影した写真のフィルムを回収し、見本写真をプリントして見 本写真パネルや見本写真アルバムを作成したり、写真プリントの数焼きを行うラボ 4と、提供された見本写真パネルや見本写真アルバムを閲覧して写真プリント注文 票に注文情報を記入して注文を行う学校の生徒等の注文者 2と、コンピュータ端末 5 a又は携帯電話機 5 bを用いて写真撮影業者 3から提供される注文情報を受信 し、承認 Z非承認の判断を行う生徒の親権者等の承認者 5とにより構成され、写真 撮影業者 3と承認者 5とはインターネット等の通信ネットワーク 6を介して接続 されている。 また、 ラボ 4には、 フィルムを現像する現像手段 4 aと、 フィルムか らプリントを作成するプリント作成手段 4 bとを備えている。
また、第 2図に示すように、注文端末 3 aには、注文情報の入力を行うための注 文情報入力手段 3 bと、プリント枚数、プリントサイズ等から注文料金を計算する 注文料金演算手段 3 cと、注文料金等の注文情報を記憶する注文情報記憶手段 3 d と、承認者 5に送信する注文確認メールを作成する注文確認メール作成手段 3 eと、 注文確認メールを送信する注文情報送信手段 3 f と、承認者 5からの承認ノ非承認 の情報を受信する承認情報受信手段 3 gとを備えている。
なお、以下の説明では、写真撮影業者 3と承認者 5との間で注文情報や承認 Z非 承認の情報の通信を行う構成としているが、ラボ 4と承認者 5との間を通信ネット ワーク 6で接続してこれらの情報の通信を行う構成としてもよい。 また、写真撮影 を行う写真撮影業者 3と写真プリントの作成を行うラボ 4とを別々に構成してい るが、 この構成は説明を容易にするための便宜上の構成であり、 ラボ 4の店員が写 真撮影を行う場合や写真撮影業者 3が現像、写真プリントの作成を行う場合にはこ れらを別々に構成する必要はなく、また、注文端末 3 aを備える注文店を介してプ リント注文を行う構成とすることもできる。
上記プリント注文承認システム 1を用いて、写真撮影業者 3に写真撮影を依頼し てから注文者 2が所望のプリントを入手するまでの手順について、第 3図のフロー チヤ一ト図を参照して説明する。
まず、 学校は修学旅行、 運動会、 入学式、 卒業式等の行事を計画し、 その計画を 写真撮影業者 3に通知する。 そして、 ステップ S 1 0 1で、写真撮影業者 3は行事 に同行して生徒が万遍なく写るようにスナップ写真や集合写真を撮影する。 なお、 本実施例のプリント注文承認方法で利用する写真は写真撮影業者 3が撮影したも ののみとしてもよいが、 学校関係者 （例えば、 生徒や同行する先生、 保護者等） が 撮影した写真を利用してもよい。
次に、ステップ S 1 0 2で、 ラボ 4は写真撮影業者 3から撮影した写真のフィル ムを回収し、回収したフィルムを現像手段 4 aを用いて現像し、プリント作成手段 4 bを用いて撮影順に見本写真をプリントする。 この見本写真の裏面には、各々の 見本写真を特定するための写真特定情報が印字され、更に、写真プリントを数焼き する際に見本写真と同じプリントが得られるように、色調、濃度等のプリントデー タが印字されることが好ましい。
なお、 ここでは、 フィルムカメラを用いて写真を撮影し、 ラボ 4にてフィルムを 現像する構成としているが、写真撮影業者 3がデジタルカメラを用いて写真を撮影 し、写真の画像データを記録媒体に記録して、又は通信ネットワークを介してラボ 4に送り、ラボ 4では受信した画像データに基づいてプリント作成手段 4 bで写真 プリントを作成する構成としてもよく、また、
併用する構成と 次に、 ステップ S 1 0 3で、 ラボ 4は見本写真を展示用シートに配列し、各々の 見本写真近傍に見本写真の裏面に記載された写真特定情報を記載して、第 4図に示 すような見本写真パネル 7を作成する。この見本写真パネル 7には、必要に応じて、 学校名や行事名、撮影場所等の写真に関連する情報を記載してもよい。 また、 見本 写真パネル 7に代えて、又は見本写真パネル 7と共に、見本写真 8をロール状にプ リントした見本写真シートゃ冊子状に整理した見本写真アルバムを作成してもよ レ、。 なお、 見本写真パネル 7は図の構成に限定されず、見本写真 8と写真特定情報 9とが対応付けて表示されていればよく、 その配列、大きさ、配置等は任意に設定 することができる。
次に、ステップ S 1 0 4で、 ラボ 4又は写真撮影業者 3は作成した見本写真パネ ル 7と写真プリント注文票とを学校に提供し、学校は見本写真パネル 7を生徒が閲 覧しゃすい場所に掲示すると共に、各々の生徒に写真プリント注文票とプリント注 文袋を配布する。
そして、ステップ S 1 0 5で、各々の生徒は見本写真パネル 7に掲示された見本 写真 8を閲覧し、写真プリント注文票に注文情報を記入する。 この写真プリント注 文票 1 0 aは、例えば、第 5図に示すように構成され、学校名や写真撮影を行った 行事名、生徒名、 注文年月日などを記入する欄と、 プリントを希望する見本写真 8 に対応する写真特定情報 9、 プリント枚数、 プリントサイズ、プリント料金などを 記入する欄とが設けられており、これらの項目に注文情報を記入して写真プリント の注文を行うでは、写真特定情報 0 0 0 1の写真を L版で 1枚、写真特定情報 0 0 0 2の写真を L版で 2枚注文する場合を示している。 ） 。 なお、 写真プリント注文 票 1 0 aは図の構成に限定されず、少なくとも注文者 2と注文情報（写真特定情報 とプリント枚数等） を記入する欄が設けられていればよく、その構成は任意に設定 することができる。
次に、ステップ S 1 0 6で、写真撮影業者 3は注文情報が書き込まれた写真プリ ント注文票 1 0 aや見本写真パネル 7を回収し、ステップ S 1 0 7で、写真プリン ト注文票 1 0 aに記入された注文情報を読み取って、注文情報入力手段 3 bを用い て注文端末 3 aに入力した後、注文料金演算手段 3 cを用いてプリント枚数又はプ リントサイズ等からプリント料金を計算して注文情報記憶手段 3 dに記憶する。そ して、注文確認メール作成手段 3 eを用いて、 プリント料金やプリント枚数、 プリ ントサイズ、写真特定情報等の注文情報が記载された電子メール (注文確認メール） を作成し、注文情報送信手段 3 f を用いて、通信ネットワーク 6を介してその注文 確認メールを各々の注文者 2に対応する承認者 5に送信する。なお、承認者 5の電 子メールァドレスは、予め学校から写真撮影業者 3に通知されているものとするが、 写真プリント注文票 1 0 aに記入する構成としてもよい。また、承認者 5に注文情 報を通知する方法は電子メールに限らず、注文情報を理解できる方法であればよく、 例えば、写真撮影業者 3が管理するインターネットのサイト上で注文内容を確認で きるようにしたり、 F A Xやはがきで注文情報を通知する構成とすることもできる。 次に、ステップ S 1 0 8で、各々の承認者 5は通信ネットワーク 6に接続された コンピュータ端末 5 a又は携帯電話機 5 b等を用いて注文情報が記載された電子 メール （注文確認メール） を受信し注文内容を確認する。 そして、 ステップ S 1 0 9で注文を承認する場合は、ステップ S 1 1 0で注文を承認したことを示す電子メ —ル （承認メール） を返信する。 また、 注文を承認しない場合は、 必要に応じて、 承認しない旨を示す電子メール（非承認メール） を返信してプリント注文を却下又 は再注文待ちとする。 なお、 この承認 Z非承認の情報の通知方法も電子メールに限 らず、 上記サイト上で承認/非承認の情報を入力したり、 F A X、 はがき、 電話な どで通知する構成とすることもできる。 また、承認者 5は、単に注文情報の承認/ 非承認を判断するのみならず、承認する場合に注文内容の変更ができるようにする こともできる。 その場合は、変更した注文情報が記載された電子メール（注文情報 変更メール） を作成して写真撮影業者 3に返信すればよい。
次に、 ステップ S 1 1 1で、写真撮影業者 3は、承認情報受信手段 3 gを用いて 承認メール、非承認メール、注文情報変更メールを受信し、承認された注文又は変 更された注文についてのみ注文情報を集計してラボ 4に送り、ステップ S 1 1 2で、 ラボ 4は集計された注文情報に基づいて、プリント作成手段 4 bを用いて所定の枚 数の写真プリントを作成する。その際、見本写真 8の裏面に記載されたプリントデ ータを用いることにより、見本写真 8と同様の色調、濃度の写真プリントを作成す ることができる。 また、文字入れ等の特別な要求がある場合には、注文の指示に従 つて記念文字ゃヮンポィントイラスト等を挿入する。
その後、ステップ S 1 1 3で、 ラボ 4に予め設置された専用の仕分け手段を用い て、又は手作業で各々の注文に対応する写真プリントを袋詰めし、写真撮影業者 3 を介して、又は直接注文者 2に納品する。 そして、学校は各々の生徒に写真プリン トを配布し、ステップ S 1 1 4で生徒から代金を徴収して写真撮影業者 3に支払い、 一連の写真プリント注文を終了する。 なお、 ここでは写真プリントの配布後にプリ ント代金を徴収する構成としている力 ステップ S 1 1 0で承認メールが送信され た後の任意のステップで代金を徴収することができる。
このように、本実施例のプリント注文承認方法では、 注文者 2 (生徒等） が注文 に基づいてそのまま写真プリントが作成されるのではなく、注文者 2が記入した注 文情報 （プリント料金、 プリント枚数、 プリントサイズ、 写真特定情報等） が承認 者 5 (生徒の親権者等） によって承認された場合のみプリントが作成されるため、 不適切な注文に基づくプリント作成を簡単かつ確実に防止することができる。また、 承認者 5は、注文情報の承認/非承認を判断するのみならず、注文内容を変更した 場合には変更された注文情報に従ってプリントが作成されるため、学校写真のプリ ント作成を円滑に遂行することができる。
上記説明は、写真プリント注文票 1 0 aに注文情報を手書きで記入する場合の方 法であるが、注文情報を手書きで入力すると、写真撮影業者 3で注文情報を通知す る注文確認メールを作成する場合や、写真撮影業者 3やラボ 4で注文情報を集計す る場合に注文情報を読み取って注文端末 3 aに入力したり、スタッファ等を用いて 読み取らなければならず、作業が繁雑になると共に、注文情報が不明瞭な場合には 入力ミスが生じる恐れがある。 そこで、注文情報の入力作業の効率化を図り入力ミ スをなくすために、プリントを希望する写真を特定する情報やプリント枚数、プリ ントサイズ、注文者 2を特定する情報などをバーコ一ドなどのコード化情報として 記録して、写真撮影業者 3やラボ 4に予め設けたコード化情報読み取り手段を用い て注文情報を自動的に読み取る構成とすることもできる。
以下、 その方法について図面を参照して説明する。 まず、 第 1の方法として、 第 6図に示すような写真プリント注文票 1 0 bとコード化情報記録シール 1 1 aと を用いる方法がある。 具体的には、 第 6 ( a ) 図に示すように、 写真プリント注文 票 1 0 bに、コード化情報読み取り手段による自動読み取りが可能なようにコード 化情報記録シールを貼付する位置を明示したコード化情報記録シール貼付領域 1 3 aと、学年、 クラス、氏名等の注文者 2に関する情報を記入する注文者情報記入 欄 1 4とを設け、必要に応じて、学校に対して予め与えられた学校コードや各々の 生徒に対して予め与えられた生徒コード等のコード化情報（注文者情報 1 4 a ) を 記録する。 —方、 第 6 ( b ) 図に示すように、 写真プリント注文票 1 O bに貼付するコード 化情報記録シール 1 1 aには、例えば、見本写真 8に対応する写真特定情報 9を認 識可能に明示すると共に、写真特定情報 9をコード化して記録したバーコ一ド 1 2 を記録する。このコード化情報記録シール 1 1 aは台紙 1 1 dから簡単に取り外す ことができ、 力つ、写真プリント注文票 1 0 bに簡単に貼り付けられ、容易に脱離 しないように裏面に粘着剤が配設されている。
そして、このコード化情報記録シール 1 1 aを写真プリント注文票 1 0 bに順番 に貼付することによりプリントの注文を行うことができる。例えば、写真識別情報 が 0 0 0 1の写真を 1枚、 写真識別情報が 0 0 0 2の写真を 2枚注文する場合は、 第 6 ( a ) 図に示すようにコード化情報記録シール 1 1 aを貼付すればよい。 第 6図に示す構成は、コード化情報記録シール 1 1 aを写真プリント注文票 1 0 bに貼付して注文する構成である力 第 2の方法として、第 7図に示すように写真 特定情報 9をコード化して記録した媒体（コード化情報記録媒体 1 1 b ) を見本写 真パネル 7の各々の見本写真 8に対応する位置に設けたホルダー 1 6に収納して おき、注文者 2がホルダー 1 6からプリントを希望する見本写真 8に対応するコー ド化情報記録媒体 1 1 bを抜き取って写真プリント注文袋 1 7に直接入れて注文 を行うこともできる。
また、第 6図又は第 7図に示す構成は写真特定情報 9をコード化情報とする場合 の構成であるが、第 3の方法として、注文者 2を特定する情報をコード化情報とし て記録することもできる。 例えば、 第 8 ( a ) 図に示すように、 見本写真 8毎に写 真プリント注文票 1 0 cを形成し、各々の写真プリント注文票 1 0 cに、見本写真 8を縮小したサムネィル画像 1 5と写真特定情報 9とを記録し、コード化情報記録 シールを貼付する位置を明示したコード化情報記録シール貼付領域 1 3 bを設け る。また、各々の生徒には、注文者 2を特定するための情報（例えば、第 8図では、 学校コード" A" と生徒コード" 1 1 0 " とからなる情報） を識別可能に明示する と共に、注文者特定情報をコ一ド化して記録したバーコード 1 2が記録されたコー ド化情報記録シール 1 1 cを提供する。
そして、見本写真 8毎に設けた写真プリント注文票 1 0 cを見本写真パネル 7近 傍に設置したり、生徒に回覧し、各々の生徒がプリントを希望する見本写真 8に対 応する写真プリント注文票 1 0 cに、自分に割り当てられたコード化情報記録シー ル 1 1 cを貼付することによりプリントの注文を行うことができる。例えば、写真 識別情報が 0 0 1 0の写真を A 1 1 0の生徒が 1枚、 A 1 1 5の生徒が 2枚注文す る場合は、第 8 ( a ) 図に示すようにコード化情報記録シール 1 1 cを貼付すれば よい。
このようなコード化情報を利用する場合は、ステップ S 1 0 4で、 ラボ 4又は写 真撮影業者 3は作成した見本写真パネル 7と写真プリント注文票 1 0 bとコード 化情報記録シール 1 1 aと （第 7図の構成の場合は見本写真パネル 7 a、第 8図の 構成の場合は見本写真 7と写真プリント注文票 1 0 cとコード化情報記録シール 1 1 c ) を学校に提供し、 学校は見本写真パネル 7 (又は 7 a ) を生徒が閲覧しや すい場所に掲示すると共に、各々の生徒にコードィ匕情報記録シール 1 1 a、 1 1 c、 コード化情報記録媒体 1 1 bを提供する。
そして、ステップ S 1 0 5で、各々の生徒は見本写真パネル 7に掲示された見本 写真 8を閲覧し、所望の見本写真 8を選択してその見本写真 8に対応する写真特定 情報が記載されているコード化情報記録シール 1 1 aを剥がし（又はコード化情報 記録媒体 1 1 bを取り出し） 、写真プリント注文票 1 0 bに順次貼り付けて （又は 写真プリント注文袋 1 7に挿入して） 写真プリントの注文を行う力、若しくは、見 本写真 8に対応する写真プリント注文票 1 0 cに注文者特定情報が記載されてい るコード化情報記録シール 1 1 cを貼り付けて写真プリ トの注文を行う。
そして、ステップ S 1 0 7で、写真撮影業者 3はコード化情報読み取り手段を用 いて、 コード化情報記録シール 1 1 a、 1 1 c、 コード化情報記録媒体 1 1 bから 注文情報を読み取つて注文端末 3 aの注文情報記憶手段 3 dに記憶する。 また、注 文料金演算手段 3 cを用いてプリント枚数又はプリントサイズ等からプリント料 金を計算し、 注文確認メール作成手段 3 eを用いてプリント料金ゃプリント枚数、 プリントサイズ、写真特定情報等の注文情報が記載された電子メール（注文確認メ ール） を作成し、 注文情報送信手段 3 f を用いて、通信ネットワーク 6を介して各 注文者 2に対応する承認者 5に送信する。 また、 ステップ S 1 1 1では、写真撮影 業者 3又はラボ 4は、 コード化情報読み取り手段を用いて、承認された注文又は変 更された注文のコード化情報記録シール 1 1 a、 1 1 c , コード化情報記録媒体 1 1 bから注文情報を読み取って注文情報を集計する。
このようなコード化情報記録シール 1 1 a、 1 1 c , コード化情報記録媒体 1 1 bを用いることにより、 注文情報の入力作業や集計作業を簡単にすることができ、 本実施例のプリント注文承認システムをより効果的に運用することができる。
【実施例 2】
次に、本発明の第 2の実施例に係るプリント注文承認システム及びプリント注文 承認方法について、第 9図乃至第 1 2図を参照して説明する。 第 9図は、第 2の実 施例に係るプリント注文承認システムの構成を模式的に示す図であり、第 1 0図は、 注文端末の構成を示すブロック図である。 また、第 1 1図は、写真プリント注文及 ぴ承認手順を示すフローチャート図であり、第 1 2図は、写真プリント注文画面の 構成例を示す図である。 なお、本実施例は、注文者によるプリント注文をプリント 注文票ではなく、コンピュータ端末や携帯電話機の画面上で行うことを特徴とする ものである。
第 9図に示すように、本実施例のプリント注文承認システム 1は、学校の行事に 同行して写真を撮影すると共に注文端末 3 aを用いてプリント注文を受け付ける 写真撮影業者 3と、撮影した写真のフィルムを回収し、見本写真をプリントして見 本写真パネルや見本写真アルバムを作成したり、写真プリントの数焼きを行うラボ 4と、提供された見本写真パネルや見本写真アルバムを閲覧し、 コンピュータ端末 2 aや携帯電話機 2 bなどを用いて写真プリント注文画面に注文情報を入力して プリント注文を行う学校の生徒等の注文者 2と、コンピュータ端末 5 a又は携帯電 話機 5 bを用いて写真撮影業者 3から提供される注文情報を受信し承認 Z非承認 の判断を行う生徒の親権者等の承認者 5とにより構成され、写真撮影業者 3と注文 者 2と承認者 5とはインターネット等の通信ネットワーク 6を介して接続されて いる。
また、注文端末 3 aには、注文者 2のコンピュータ端末 2 aや携帯電話機 2 bか ら送信された注文情報を受信する注文情報受信手段 3 hと、プリント枚数、プリン トサイズ等からプリント料金を計算する注文料金演算手段 3 cと、プリント料金等 の注文情報を記憶する注文情報記憶手段 3 dと、承認者 5に送信する注文確認メー ルを作成する注文確認メール作成手段 3 eと、注文確認メールを送信する注文情報 送信手段 3 f と、承認者 5からの承認 Z非承認の情報を受信する承認情報受信手段 3 gとを備えている。
上記プリント注文承認システム 1を用いて、写真撮影業者 3に写真撮影を依頼し てから注文者 2が所望のプリントを入手するまでの手順について、第 1 1図のフロ 一チャート図を参照して説明する。 第 1の実施例と同様に、 ステップ S 2 0 1で、写真撮影業者 3は修学旅行、運動 会、入学式、卒業式等の行事に同行して生徒が万遍なく写るようにスナップ写真や 集合写真を撮影する。 次に、 ステップ S 2 0 2で、 ラボ 4は写真撮影業者 3から撮 影した写真のフィルムを回収し、回収したフィルムを現像手段 4 aを用いて現像し、 プリント作成手段 4 bを用いて撮影順に見本写真をプリントする。
次に、 ステップ S 2 0 3で、 ラボ 4は見本写真を展示用シートに配列し、各々の 見本写真近傍に見本写真の裏面に記載された写真特定情報を記載して見本写真パ ネル 7 (又は見本写真シートや見本写真アルバム） を作成する。 次に、 ステップ S 2 0 4で、ラボ 4又は写真撮影業者 3は作成した見本写真パネル 7を学校に提供し、 学校は見本写真パネル 7を生徒が閲覧しやすい場所に掲示すると共に、プリント注 文に際して必要となる、注文を特定するための注文 I Dや注文者 2を特定するため の注文者 I D、 パスヮード等の情報を提供する。
そして、ステップ S 2 0 5で、各々の生徒は見本写真パネル 7に掲示された見本 写真 8を閲覧し、プリント注文する写真を選択した後、 コンピュータ端末 2 aゃ携 帯電話機 2 bを用いて予め指定されたサイトにアクセスして、モニタに表示される 写真プリント注文画面に注文情報を記入する。携帯電話機 2 bの写真プリント注文 画面 1 8は、 例えば第 1 2図に示すように構成され、 注文 I D、 注文者 I D、 パス ヮードなどを記入する欄と、プリントを希望する見本写真 8に対応する写真特定情 報 9とプリント枚数などを記入する欄とが設けられている。 そして、 注文 I D、注 文者 I D、 パスワードなどを入力して認証された後、 写真特定情報では写真番号） 及ぴプリント枚数などの注文情報を記入して写真プリントの注文を行う。 例えば、 写真番号 0 0 0 1の写真を 1枚、写真番号 0 0 0 2の写真を 2枚注文する場合は第 1 2図に示すように入力すればよい。 なお、 ここでは、写真撮影業者 3のサイトに アクセスして写真プリント注文画面 1 8に注文情報を記入する構成としている力 上記注文 I Dや注文者 I D、注文情報などを予め定められたフォーマットで入力し た後、 電子メールとして予め設定されたァドレスに送信する構成としてもよい。 次に、 ステップ S 2 0 6で、写真撮影業者 3は見本写真パネル 7を回収し、 ステ ップ S 2 0 7で、注文情報受信手段 3 hを用いて、写真プリント注文画面 1 8 (又 は送信された注文メール）から注文情報を読み取った後、注文料金演算手段 3 cを 用いてプリント枚数又はプリントサイズ等からプリント料金を計算して注文情報 記憶手段 3 dに記憶する。 そして、 注文確認メール作成手段 3 eを用いて、 プリン ト料金やプリント枚数、プリントサイズ、写真特定情報等の注文情報が記載された 電子メール（注文確認メール） を作成し、 注文情報送信手段 3 f を用いて、 通信ネ ットワーク 6を介してその注文確認メールを各々の注文者 2に対応する承認者 5 に送信する。 なお、第 1の実施例と同様に、承認者 5に注文情報を通知する方法は 電子メールに限らず、例えば、写真撮影業者 3が管理するインターネットのサイト 上で注文内容を確認できるようにしたり、 F AXやはがきで注文情報を通知する構 成とすることもできる。
次に、ステップ S 2 0 8で、各々の承認者 5は通信ネットワーク 6に接続された コンピュータ端末 5 a又は携帯電話機 5 b等を用いて注文情報が記載された電子 メール（注文確認メール） を受信し注文内容を確認する。 そして、 ステップ S 2 0 9で注文を承認する場合は、ステップ S 2 1 0で注文を承認したことを示す電子メ —ル （承認メール） を返信する。 また、 注文を承認しない場合は、 承認しない旨を 示す電子メール（非承認メール） を返信してプリント注文を却下又は再注文待ちと する。 なお、第 1の実施例と同様に、 この承認ノ非承認の情報の通知方法も電子メ 一ノレに限らず、上記サイト上で承認 Z非承認の情報を入力したり、 F AX、はがき、 電話などで通知する構成とすることもでき、また、変更した注文情報が記載された 電子メール（注文情報変更メール） を送信して、注文内容の変更ができるようにす ることもできる。
次に、 ステップ S 2 1 1で、 写真撮影業者 3は、承認情報受信手段 3 gを用いて 承認メール、非承認メール、注文情報変更メールを受信し、承認された注文又は変 更された注文についてのみ注文情報を集計してラボ 4に送り、ステップ S 2 1 2で、 ラボ 4は集計された注文情報に基づいて、プリント作成手段 4 bを用いて所定の枚 数の写真プリントを作成する。 その後、 ステップ S 2 1 3で、 ラボ 4に予め設置さ れた専用の仕分け手段を用いて、又は手作業で各々の注文に対応する写真プリント を袋詰めし、 写真撮影業者 3を介して、又は直接注文者 2に納品する。 そして、 学 校は各々の生徒に写真プリントを配布し、ステップ S 1 1 4で生徒から代金を徴収 して写真撮影業者 3に支払い、 一連の写真プリント注文を終了する。
このように、本実施例のプリント注文承認システム及びプリント注文承認方法に よれば、注文者 2は写真プリント注文票に注文情報を書き込んで注文を行うのでは なく、コンピュータ端末 2 aや携帯電話機 2 bの写真プリント注文画面 1 8に注文 情報を記入したり、予め定められたフォーマツトで注文情報を入力した電子メール を送信して注文を行うため、注文者 2にとつては注文作業を簡単にすることができ、 写真撮影業者 3やラボ 4にとつては注文情報を再度、注文端末 3 aに入力する必要 がなくなり、 学校写真のプリント作成を円滑に遂行することができる。
なお、上記各実施例では、 注文者 2を学校の生徒、承認者 5を生徒の親権者とす る場合について示した力、本発明は上記実施例に限定されるものではなく、注文者 2とは異なる者の承認が得られた場合に注文を有効とする任意のシステムに適用 することができる。 また、本発明のプリント注文承認方法を学校の行事で撮影され る学校写真の注文に適用したが、写真撮影業者が撮影した写真を複数の顧客が利用 する任意の形態に適用することができる。 産業上の利用可能性
本発明のプリント注文承認システム及びプリント注文承認方法によれば、学校写 真のように未成年の生徒がプリント注文する場合においても、不適切なプリント注 文に基づくプリント作成を簡単かつ確実に防止することができる。
その理由は、生徒等が写真プリント注文票に注文情報を記入又は写真プリント注 文画面に注文情報を入力した後、直ちに写真プリントが作成されるのではなく、注 文者の親権者等の承認者に注文情報を送信し、承認者が承認した場合のみ写真プリ ントが作成されるからである。

Claims

請求の範囲
1 . 写真撮影業者が顧客のィベント写真を撮影する撮影手段と、
前記撮影した写真の見本写真を作成する見本写真作成手段と、
第 1の顧客が前記見本写真からプリント注文を行う写真を選択する選択手段と、 前記プリント注文のプリント注文情報を入力する入力手段と、
前記入力された前記プリント注文情報を記憶する記憶手段と、
前記記憶された前記注文情報を第 2の顧客の端末へ送信する注文情報送信手段 と、
前記注文情報を受信する注文情報受信手段と、前記プリント注文を承認する力否 かの情報を送信する承認情報送信手段と、 を含む第 2の顧客端末と、
前記プリント注文の承認情報により前記選択した写真をプリントする写真プリ ント手段と、
を有するプリント注文承認システム。
2 . 前記入力手段により入力された前記プリント注文情報を基に、プリント料金 を計算するプリント料金計算手段を有する請求の範囲第 1項に記載のプリント注 文承認システム。
3 . 前記記憶手段は、前記プリント料金計算手段で計算されたプリント料金情報 を記憶する請求の範囲第 2項に記載のプリント注文承認システム。
4 . 前記プリント注文情報の中に、 プリント料金情報、 プリント枚数情報、 プリ ントサイズ情報、プリントされる画像を特定する情報のいずれかが含まれる請求の 範囲第 1項に記載のプリント注文承認システム。
5 . 写真撮影業者が顧客のィベント写真を撮影する撮影するステップと、 前記撮影した写真の見本写真を作成する見本写真作成するステップと、 第 1の顧客が前記見本写真からプリント注文を行う写真を選択する選択手段と、 前記プリント注文のプリント注文情報を入力する入力するステップと、 前記入力された前記プリント注文情報を記憶する記憶するステップと、 前記記憶された前記注文情報を第 2の顧客の端末へ送信する注文情報送信する 前記注文情報を前記第 2の顧客の端末で受信する注文情報受信するステップと、 前記第 2の顧客の端末から前記プリント注文を承認するか否かの情報を送信す る承認情報送信するステップと、
前記プリント注文の承認情報を受信して、前記選択した写真をプリントする写真 プリントするステップと、
を有するプリント注文承認方法。
6 . 前記入力ステップにより入力された前記プリント注文情報を基に、プリント 料金を計算するプリント料金計算手段を有する請求の範囲第 5項に記載のプリン ト注文承認方法。
7 . 前記記憶ステップは、前記プリント料金計算手段で計算されたプリント料金 情報を記憶する請求の範囲第 6項に記載のプリント注文承認方法。
8 . 前記プリント注文情報は、 プリント料金情報、 プリント枚数情報、 プリント サイズ情報、プリントされる画像を特定する情報のいずれかが含まれる請求の範囲 第 5項に記载のプリント注文承認方法。
