Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine lichtemittierende Anordnung, bestehend aus einer Leiterplatte und einem lichtemittierenden Bauelement mit organischen Schichten. Das Bauelement weist wenigstens eine Ladungsträgertransportschicht für Elektronen bzw. Löcher aus einem organischen Material (5, 9, 25, 29, 45, 49) und eine Licht emittierenden Schicht aus einem organischem Material (7, 27, 47) auf und ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die organische Schichtenfolge auf einer Leiterplatte als Substrat aufgebracht ist und mit mindestens einer dotierten Transportschicht zur Verbesserung der Elektronen- bzw. Löcherinjektion versehen ist. Weiterhin können Schichten zur Verbesserung der substratseitigen Elektronen- oder Löcherinjektion (3, 23, 43) und Glättungsschichten (4, 24) eingesetzt werden.
