Abstract

L'invention concerne des dérivés de podophyllotoxine, de formule générale (I), dans laquelle R peut notamment représenter des groupes -CH2NHCOR2,-CH(OH)CH(Phe)(NHCOR3), des chaînes comportant des groupes pyrrole, imidazole, pyridine, pyrazine, indole, phényle, naphtalène, quinoline ou thiazole éventuellement substitués, à l'état de bases ou de sels d'addition à des acides pharmaceutiquement acceptables, sous forme d'énantiomères ou de diasteréoisomères, ainsi que leurs mélanges, y compris les mélanges racémiques. Procédé de préparation et application en thérapeutique et notamment pour lutter contre le cancer.
