Abstract

Il est prévu, en aval d'une paire de cylindres délivreurs d'un dispositif d'étirage d'un métier à filer, une zone de condensation destinée à condenser un assemblage de fibres étirées et encore exemptes de torsion de filature. Une bande transporteuse perméable à l'air déplace l'assemblage de fibres à travers la zone de condensation. A cet effet, la bande transporteuse est guidée sur une surface de glissement d'un carter d'aspiration. Il est prévu, dans la surface de glissement, une rainure de succion s'étendant sensiblement en direction du déplacement de l'assemblage de fibres. La fin de la zone de condensation est limitée par un rouleau de serrage. La bande transporteuse entoure le cylindre de pression de la paire de cylindres délivreurs, guidant ainsi de manière sûre l'assemblage de fibres à condenser jusqu'à la rainure de succion. De préférence, le carter d'aspiration est monté pivotant autour de l'axe du cylindre de pression.
