Abstract

Die Erfindung beruht auf dem Problem, ein effektiv arbeitendes Analysegerät für Reihenuntersuchungen z.B. an genetischem Material zu schaffen. Eine bevorzugt eingesetzte Methode sind Fluoreszenz- oder Luminiszenz-Verfahren. Damit ein guter Signal-Rausch-Abstand vorliegt, ist es notwendig, das Anregungslicht vom Detektor fernzuhalten und das Emissionslicht möglichst auf diesen zu bündeln. Die Erfindung sieht dazu einen Träger für die zu untersuchenden Proben vor, der mit einer optisch aktiven Schicht versehen ist, wobei diese Schicht für das Emissionslicht reflektierend und für das Anregungslicht transparent ist. Wenn z.B. der Probenaufnahmenschacht eines Probenträgers mit einer solchen Schicht ausgekeidet ist, wird das Emissionslicht an den Wänden und dem Boden des Schachtes reflektiert und auf einen Detektor gerichtet. Das Anregungslicht tritt, soweit es nicht zur Molekülanregung beiträgt, durch die Schicht hindurch und wird im Träger absorbiert.
