Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Erhöhung de Druckeigenspannung oder zur Erniedrigung der zugeigenspannung einer äusseren oder einer äussersten, mittels CVD, PCVD oder PVD auf einen Hartmetall-, Cermet- oder Keramiksubstratkörper aufgetragenen Hartstoffschicht, bei dem der beschichtete Substratkörper nach dem Beschichten einer trockenen Strahlbehandlung unter Verwendung eines körnigen Strahlmittels unterzogen wird, das erfindungsgemäss einen maximalen Durchmesser von 150 νm aufweist.
