Claims

20 請 求 の 範 囲
1 . 造影剤が投与された被検体の所定部位に対して超音波 を送受波する超音波プローブと、
前記超音波プローブの駆動信号を発生する駆動信号発生器 と、
前記超音波プローブから、 前記造影剤バブルを崩壌させる ための第 1 の超音波と、 前記第 1 の超音波によって崩壌しな かった前記被検体の血管内の血液中を流れる残余の造影剤バ ブルの少なく と も一部を崩壊させるための第 2 の超音波と、 が送波される よ う に、 前記駆動信号発生器を制御する コ ン ト ローラ と 、
を具備する超音波診断装置。
2 . 前記コ ン ト ローラは、 前記第 1 の超音波よ り も高い音 圧にて前記第 2 の超音波が送波される よ う に、 前記駆動信号 発生器を制御する請求項 1記載の超音波診断装置。
3 . 前記コ ン ト ローラは、 前記第 1 の超音波よ り も低い周 波数にて前記第 2 の超音波が送波される よ う に、 前記駆動信 号発生器を制御する請求項 1 記載の超音波診断装置。
4 . 前記コ ン ト ローラは、 前記被検体に造影剤を蓄積させ る所定の時間間隔によって前記第 1 の超音波又は第 2 の超音 波を間歇送波する よ う に、 前記駆動信号発生器を制御する請 求項 1記載の超音波診断装置。
5 . 前記間歇送波によって複数の超音波画像を取得した場 合、 前記第 1 の超音波に基づく 複数の超音波画像を同時に表 示、 又は前記第 2 の超音波に基づく 複数の超音波画像を同時 21 に表示する表示装置をさ らに具備する請求項 4記載の超音波 診断装置。
6 . 前記表示装置は、 前記同時に表示する複数の超音波画 像を経時的に配列し表示する請求項 5記載の超音波診断装 置。
7 . 前記第 1 の超音波は、 前記被検体の血管内の血液中及 び血管外の組織液中並びに リ ンパ液中のそれぞれに存在する 造影剤を崩壊させる音圧である請求項 1 記載の超音波診断装 置。
8 . 前記第 1 の超音波は小径の造影剤バブルを破壌し、 且 つ大径の造影剤パプルを破壊しにく い送波条件で送信され、 前記第 2 の超音波は小径及び大径の造影剤パプルを破壊する 送波条件で送波される よ う に、 前記駆動信号発生器を制御す る請求項 1 記載の超音波診断装置。
9 . 造影剤が投与された被検体の所定部位に対して超音波 を送受波する超音波プローブから、 前記造影剤バブルを崩壊 させるための第 1 の超音波と、 前記第 1 の超音波によって崩 壊しなかった前記被検体の血管内の血液中を流れる残余の造 影剤バブルの少なく と も一部を崩壊させるための第 2 の超音 波と 、 が送波される よ う に、 駆動信号発生器を制御する超音 波診断装置制御方法。
1 0 . 前記第 2 の超音波は、 前記第 1 の超音波よ り も高い 音圧を有する請求項 9記載の超音波診靳装置制御方法。
1 1 . 前記第 2 の超音波は、 前記第 1 の超音波よ り も低い 周波数を有する請求項 9記載の超音波診断装置制御方法。 22
1 2 . 前記被検体に造影剤を蓄積させる所定の時間間隔に よって前記第 1 の超音波又は第 2 の超音波を間歇送波する よ う に、 前記駆動信号発生器を制御する請求項 9記載の超音波 診断装置制御方法。
1 3 . 前記間歇送波によって複数の超音波画像を取得した 場合、 前記第 1 の超音波に基づく 複数の超音波画像を同時に 表示、 又は前記第 2 の超音波に基づく 複数の超音波画像を同 時に表示する こ と をさ らに具備する請求項 1 2記載の超音波 診断装置制御方法。
1 4 . 前記表示は、 前記同時に表示する複数の超音波画像 を経時的に配列した表示である請求項 1 3記載の超音波診断 装置制御方法。
1 5 . 前記第 1 の超音波は、 前記被検体の血管内の血液中 及び血管外の組織液中並びに リ ンパ'液中のそれぞれに存在す る造影剤を崩壊させる音圧である請求項 9記載の超音波診断 装置制御方法。
1 6 . 前記第 1 の超音波は小径の造影剤バブルを破壊し、 且つ大径の造影剤バブルを破壊しに く い送波条件で送信され. 前記第 2 の超音波は小径及ぴ大径の造影剤パプルを破壊する 送波条件で送波される よ う に、 前記駆動信号発生器を制御す る請求項 9記載の超音波診断装置制御方法。
