Abstract

Bei einem Verfahren zur Kontrolle der Stahltemperatur vom Gießspiegel einer Stranggießkokille (1) über den Bereich der gesamten Sekundärmetallurgie (4) mit einer endtemperaturbestimmenden Prozesstufe (4.1) wie einen Pfannenofen bis zum Ofenabstich (5) eines Stahlerzeugungsprozesses wird die Stahltemperatur im Gießspiegel von TML = TLI + X °C (X = 5 - 15 °C) kontrolliert und unter Berücksichtigung davon eingehalten, dass ein Temperatursprung (9) zwischen dem Gießspiegel in der Kokille (1) und einem Verteiler (3) in Abhängigkeit von der Gießgeschwindigkeit (6) für ein vorgegebenes Strangformat, die Pfannengeschichte (7) bezüglich der Zeitabschnitte, wie 'Pfanne voll', 'Pfanne leer', und Pfannenzustand, wie Pfannenausmauerung, Pfannenalter, sowie auch ein Stahltemperatursprung zwischen dem Verteiler (3), und der letzten Pfannenofentemperatur (LF-ex) erfaßt werden.
