Abstract

L'invention concerne un substrat de transmission de lumière qui est recouvert sur un côté d'un film hydrofuge et oléofuge et sur l'autre côté d'un film hydrophile doté de propriétés antibuée. Ledit film hydrofuge et oléofuge est constitué d'un perfluoroalkylakylsiloxane et le film hydrophile est une couche de photocatalyse. Le substrat est efficace dans l'amélioration de la visibilité à travers une fenêtre d'un bâtiment ou d'un véhicule par temps pluvieux. On peut améliorer la durabilité dudit substrat en formant une couche amorce de silice entre le substrat de transmission de lumière et la couche de photocatalyse.
