Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé d'établissement, de collecte et de traitement d'informations relatives à des lots de produits tels que des fruits dans un processus de conditionnement manuel desdits produits par une pluralité d'opérateurs (01-06) en une pluralité de lieux de regroupement (21-26), caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les étapes consistant à: acheminer jusqu'à chaque lieu de regroupement des contenants, et des produits à regrouper, en association avec chaque regroupement de produits dans un contenant par un opérateur, apposer sur le contenant une information d'identification d'opérateur et une information de lieu de regroupement des produits, faire lire par une machine (L1-L6) les informations portées par ledit contenant, déterminer l'instant à laquelle ladite lecture est effectuée, regrouper dans une unité centrale, et mémoriser, lesdites informations lues portées par chaque contenant et ledit instant déterminé, associer l'information d'identification d'opérateur et l'information de lieu de regroupement à au moins une information sur les fruits.
