Abstract

L'invention concerne la mise en place de télécommunications sur les lignes de chemins de fer et notamment la pose et le montage des câbles de communication sur les pylônes des caténaires et des systèmes de cantonnement automatique haute tension. A un premier stade, avant le montage du câble, on diagnostique la capacité de charge des pylônes de chemins de fer; sur les pylônes qui sont adaptés à la suspension du câble, on installe sur des consoles des rouleaux de distribution destinés au tirage d'un câble technique, ledit câble technique étant tiré sous contrainte. Le câble technique est ensuite relié à un câble à fibres optiques, et l'on procède au tirage du câble à fibres optiques par le biais des rouleaux de distribution au moyen du câble technique, à une vitesse comprise entre 0,3 et 0,8 m/sec, en assurant au câble un mou maximal mais sans que ledit câble touche le sol. Le câble à fibres optiques est ensuite ancré aux pylônes et tendu jusqu'à un effort de tension supérieur de 5 à 10 % à l'effort de fonctionnement établi. Cette tension du câble est maintenue pendant au moins 5 minutes. On installe sur les pylônes des pinces de support et l'on transfère le câble à fibres optiques des rouleaux de distribution aux pinces de support. En comparaison au procédé de pose du câble sous terre, le procédé de l'invention permet de réduire sensiblement le temps et les coûts liés à la création de lignes de communication à fibres optiques. Le procédé permet d'utiliser à large échelle des procédés de suspension mécanisés, assurer l'intégrité des lignes de communication et la rapidité de réparation de celles-ci en cas d'accident et garantir une exploitation fiable des lignes de communication.
