Abstract

L'invention concerne un four à sole tournante destiné au traitement thermique de pièces et comprenant une sole tournante (1) qui présente un mécanisme d'entraînement en rotation (2). Une paroi interne (8) et une paroi externe (3) délimitent un espace four annulaire (5) qui est subdivisé en au moins deux zones de traitement par au moins une porte verticalement mobile. Selon l'invention, la sole tournante (1) est conçue sous forme de plateau tournant. La paroi interne (8) est fixée au plafond (4) et est suspendue au-dessus du plateau tournant (1). De préférence, la paroi interne (8) s'étend en formant une fente (9) jusqu'à la face supérieure du plateau tournant (1), un élément d'étanchéité (10) permettant d'étanchéifier cette fente. Le four est de construction simple car il ne présente plus qu'une étanchéification de la fente vers l'extérieur. Le four à sole tournante peut être construit avec des diamètres primitifs de référence relativement petits et il permet un traitement thermique dans différentes zones de traitement, ces zones étant séparées par des portes.
