Abstract

L'entrée et la sortie d'air du passage d'air perforé communiquent. Lors de l'utilisation de la marmite, l'air produit par le dispositif de ventilation s'écoulant des orifices vers l'intérieur de la marmite et l'air s'échappant des aliments qui sont cuits dans la marmite provoquent une ébullition. Mais dans la pratique, quels que soient les aliments cuisinés, la marmite ne déborde jamais. Par ailleurs, la couleur, l'odeur et l'arôme des aliments sont conservés tout en réduisant le temps de cuisson et par conséquent l'électricité consommée.
