Abstract

Procédé et dispositif pour positionner et mettre à niveau des supports et des éléments d'installation pour le montage subséquent d'un revêtement de sol, de telle sorte que le positionnement soit, tout en garantissant une précision élevée, simplifié et que, simultanément, des écarts de la construction brute puissent être compensés. A cet effet un plan de référence virtuel (BE), se présentant sous la forme d'un cadre de mesure (8), est monté à partir d'une surface d'appui ou de référence (7), par section, sur la largeur du véhicule. A l'aide dudit cadre de mesure, les supports (15, 16) sont mis dans leur position avec exactitude, leur hauteur (HN) par rapport au plan de référence (BE) est déterminée, et l'écart est compensé par des éléments de compensation (14), le cadre de mesure (8) étant ensuite placé dans la seconde section. Sur les longerons (1) ou sur les parois latérales, des surfaces d'appui ou de référence (7) s'étendant dans le sens longitudinal du véhicule sont fixées, surfaces auxquelles est associé un cadre de mesure (8) constitué d'éléments longitudinaux (2, 3) et d'éléments transversaux (4, 5, 6) et recouvrant la partie inférieure de la caisse. Les éléments longitudinaux et transversaux (2, 3, 4, 5, 6) se présentent sous la forme de règles de mesure servant au positionnement et également de butée pour les supports (15, 16) lorsqu'ils sont positionnés, ainsi que de plan de référence (BE) pour la détermination de leur hauteur (HN).
