Definitions

  • Locking device for the underlapping wing of double-leaf timber without doors, doors or the like.
  • the invention relates to a locking device for the embossing sash of double-leaf, setless wood windows, doors or the like. According to the preamble of claim 1.
  • DE 35 04 025 A1 discloses a closure device of the type mentioned at the outset. It is used to lock the underlapping wing of two-wing windows or doors without a central spar. This is done by manually actuating the locking device, which moves an associated drive rod into the locking position by means of at least one coupling pin. Preferably there are two drive rods which perform an opposite movement by means of the locking device, as a result of which the striking wing is fixed both above and below.
  • the locking device is accommodated in the sash rebate so that it is not visible when the window is closed, ie it is covered in the overlapping sash.

  • Another disadvantage is that the locking means wears out very heavily after several switching operations. Therefore, the rest area must be serviced at certain intervals. This is done, for example, with a lubricant. If maintenance is not carried out, deposits are to be expected on the lower horizontal frame spar, which is very disadvantageous, especially in bright windows.
