Abstract

Pour améliorer le refroidissement dans un ozoniseur, un dispositif de production d'ozone par décharge superficielle comporte au moins une couche diélectrique (2) plane ou cylindrique sur une première face de laquelle est placée une électrode de décharge (3, 8, 9) et sur l'autre face de laquelle est placée une contre-électrode. Ladite première face forme une paroi d'une rainure ou d'un canal pour l'écoulement d'un gaz contenant de l'oxygène. Dans ledit dispositif, une paroi d'une couche métallique autoportée (1, 15) est dotée d'une couche diélectrique (2) portant l'électrode de décharge (3, 8, 9), la couche métallique autoportée (1, 15) formant la contre-électrode.
