Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine neue neuroleptisch wirksame Substanz vom Strukturtyp der Peptaibole mit der Bezeichnung Ampullosporin, die aus der Kulturbrühe des Mikroorganismus Sepedonium spec. DSM 10602 erhältlich ist. Acetyl-L-Trp-L-Ala-Aib-Aib-L-Leu-Aib-L-Glu-Aib-Aib-Aib-L-Gln-L-Leu-Aib-L-Gln-L-Leucinol. Zur Herstellung wird der Mikroorganismus Sepedonium spec. DSM 10602 unter emersen, submersen und sterilen Kulturbedingungen angezogen. Das gebildete Ampullosporin wird als einheitliche Komponente aus der Kulturbrühe mit organischen Lösungsmitteln extrahiert und anschließend in reiner Form durch die Anwendung üblicher chromatografischer Reinigungsschritte gewonnen. Ampullosporin besitzt eine starke neuroleptische Wirkung und ist für die Herstellung pharmazeutischer Zubereitungen geeignet.
