Abstract

Es wird ein Sicherheitsschuh mit einem äußeren Mittelfußschutz beschrieben. Der Mittelfußschutz ist als flexible, mindestens zwei durch einen flachen, quer zur Fußlängsrichtung verlaufenden Abschnitt voneinander getrennte Luftkammerbereiche aufweisende Lasche ausgebildet. Auf diese Weise wird ein guter Schutz des Mittelsfußes gegenüber Schlägen, Stößen etc. erzielt, ohne daß die Bewegungsfreiheit, insbesondere ein Abknicken im Mittelfußbereich, eingeschränkt wird.
