Definitions
- the present invention refers to self-loading and unloading equipment for containers in trucks, trailers, semi-trailers and the like, which provide notable relevant and advantageous characteristics in relation to the equipment that they currently exist for this purpose and are of their type.
- the aim is to load the container by anchoring a hooking head at the front bottom of the container, this operation being carried out without obstacles and in such a way that said container is self-centering and without the need to save any type of step, but on the contrary the loading operation is carried out with total smoothness and minimum effort for the towing device.
- ISO containers can be mounted on trucks, trailers or semi-trailers of any type approved for road transport, or for services in port and railway terminals, as well as in transportation centers, industries, factories and others.
- This self-loading and unloading equipment can also be used inside boats, ferries or rollers, etc.
- the self-loading and unloading equipment for containers in trucks, trailers, semi-detaches and the like, which constitutes the object of the invention, eliminates the problems previously raised by providing a robust and extremely simple structure, optimally performing different functions on a single axis, contrary to what happens in conventional systems where different axes and levers are required.
- the guide pulleys themselves for the start of lifting the container, easily self-center the container.
- the central part of this shaft or horizontal axis can rotate freely with respect to the ends of the head when a coaxial axis passes through them, intervening on both sides of this central part of the axis, individual rollers intended to support the bands or tracks provided. for this purpose in the tilting cradle or in the tilting chassis, depending on the type of trailer used, to define means of sliding the container, in the front area of the same.
- the shaft or axle is suspended by its crazy central part, from some cables or traction chains that are passed through two forward pulleys mounted on the ends of a rear axle fixed to the tilting chassis or angled cradle, both branches also passing by other pulleys front mounted on an axis that can move parallel to itself by being attached to the ends of the rods of two separate telescopic hydraulic cylinders located under the platform, the ends of these branches finally being anchored at respective rear fixed points.
- the central area of said shaft or shaft, with free rotation has a pair of even radial holes that communicate with each other internally when providing for mounting by means of a coaxial tubular shaft, provided in turn with another pair of holes facing the tree.
- the traction cable or chain can thus be unique when entering through one of the radial holes and leaving through the other, passing both branches through the forward pulleys. In this way, the cable or chain works better by compensating the stresses on each branch.
- a central roller table preferably consisting of an endless belt arranged on a plurality of idlers mounted on intermediate parallel axes, being located staggered to minimize the distance between axles and that the pressure on said axes is minimal.
- This endless belt is arranged in a floating frame related to the tilting chassis or tiltable cradle through vertical hydraulic cylinders.
- the rear part of the tilting chassis or cradle of the trailer has an articulated support carrying a support roller on the ground, correctly positioned by means of a hydraulic cylinder.
- the branches of the traction chains or cables after passing through the corresponding pulleys belonging to the fixed rear axis of the tilting chassis or angled cradle, arrive at respective pulleys that are arranged in a fixed front axle, connected in a similar way to the rear axle, the ends of these branches being anchored to respective drums that rotate simultaneously when they are driven on a common axis, driven by a winch.
- the winch and corresponding winding drums are preferably located at the rear of the same chassis, although they could also be located elsewhere under the sliding surface of the container.
- Figure 2.- Is a view similar to Figure 1, showing in this case a standard semi-trailer provided with a tilting chassis, similarly having the self-loading and unloading equipment for containers, according to the invention.

- the self-loading and unloading equipment for containers in trucks, trailers, semi-trailers and the like which the invention proposes, basically has a tree or horizontal axis generally referenced with number 1 and that it is connected to the hooking head 2 to be connected to the container 3 by means of pins 4 (see figure 6) inserted through the holes 5 and 6.
- the hole 6 diametrically crosses the ends 7 of the shaft or axis 1.
- the horizontal axle or shaft 1 is suspended from the traction cables, or chains, referenced with the number 8, linked to a pair of hydraulic cylinders 9 located in the angled cradle or tilting chassis 10 of the truck, trailer, semi-trailer or similar.
- the central portion 11 of the shaft or shaft 1 is provided with two radial holes 5 close to its ends and which communicate internally through the axial passage 16 of the tubular shaft 12, the latter having as many holes 17 in a confronted position.
- the eccentric pieces 14 can freely oscillate around the coaxial axis 12 and are carriers of two wheels 18 that are parallel to the i or respective roller 13.
- said tree 1 can come to occupy the front position of the raceways of the chassis, in the position shown in figure 1, precisely because during the extension of the cylinders, the length of the cable pulled is twice the stroke made by the cylinder.
- the possibility of increasing the number of branches, depending on the characteristics of the traction cylinders and their stroke, is also contemplated, coupling other pairs of mobile pulleys to form a hoist.
- roller table on which the container 3 will be supported is generally referenced with number 25 from the moment it loses the angle of attack with the tilting chassis or cradle 10, making the last smooth phase of the load until it reaches the final position in which it must be locked.
- this roller table 25 is shown on a larger scale. It is constituted by a front roller 26, and a plurality of idler wheels 27 arranged staggered on parallel axes 28. The roller 26 and the wheels 27 are covered by the endless belt 29 that optimizes the sliding of the container 3.
- Reference 30 of figure 8 shows a forwarding pulley of the tensioning branch of the endless belt 29, once through the rear roller 31, mounted in this case on the rear axle 22 of the traction cable forwarding pulleys 19 8.
- the roller table 25 is floatingly supported on a pair of longitudinal tie rods 32 supported by cross members 33 to determine a frame that is vertically displaced by hydraulic cylinders 34 (see Figures 9 and 10).
- the container 3 can also be supported, in addition to the endless belt 29 central to the chassis or cradle 10, on the lateral rows of rollers 35, mounted on parallel axes supported on the wings of two "U" profiles "36, as shown in Figures 6 and 11.
- the profiles 36 are elevated when their function is required, by means of hydraulic cylinders 37 supported vertically in the cradle or chassis 10.
- reference 38 designates a solid rod or shaft that can be mounted, if necessary, in the axial emptying of the tubular shaft 12, at either end thereof, to increase the resistance in the supports.
- the support roller on the ground which prevents the rear part of the chassis or cradle of the trailer from giving way during loading of the container.
- the support 40 of the roller 39 is angularly displaceable by the action of the hydraulic cylinder 41.
