Further extraction is carried out at temperature 70 - 80 deg. C and intensity o electric field 2 - 12 V/cm. This allows to provide rather high level of albumin denatura tion and maximum sugar transition from the primary.
- the beet chips come to resonator 5 for treatment by superhigh-frequency field from generating unit with output capacity 5 kW during 60 min. This provides even heating of chips up to 55 deg. C.
- Diffusion juice received after treatment of beet chips by superhigh-frequency field together with extraction in the direct current field has 15.49% of sugar of the total beet.

- Example 2 Process is similar to example 1. 200 kg of sugar beet, 17.4% of saccharose content, is cut for getting beet chips. 5 Then chips come to the resonator 5 where they are affected by the superhigh-frequency field from the generator with total capacity 7.5kW for 60 min. In these conditions the chips are heated up to 70 deg.C. Then beet chips enter electric diffusion unit 6. The flow of water with temperature 70 deg.
