Dans un autre mode de réalisation, ces additifs peuvent être des oligoéléments se présentant sous la forme de chlorure ou de carbonates de cuivre, de molybdène, de manganèse, de fer, de cobalte ou de nickel en une quantité de 1 à 4 gramme par litre. Le procédé consiste à soumettre le composé à des impulsions électriques durant entre 1 x 10-8 et 1 seconde, avec une pente d'onde potentielle au front descendant comprise entre 1 x 10-8 et 1 x 1013V/seconde, un rapport cyclique compris entre 1 et 104, ainsi qu'un potentiel de champ électrique entre les électrodes compris entre 10 et 9 x 104 V/cm.
