Description
本発明の第1の実施の形態に係る殺菌用水溶液の製造方法を説明する。なお、以下に述べる殺菌用水溶液の製造方法は、一例であり、特許請求の範囲に記載した趣旨の範囲内であれば、この変形例を含めて、これ以外の種々の製造方法により、実現可能であることは勿論である。
(a)先ず、上述したように、白金を陰極及び陽極として、硫酸を電気分解処理する。この電気分解処理をした電気分解処理硫酸水溶液5dm3を、20dm3容量の蓋のない上部が解放されているポリ容器に入れておく;
(b)次に、リン酸二水素カルシウムを94g、リン酸水素二カリウムを6g、塩化ナトリウムを63g、亜硫酸カリウムを31g、硫酸マグネシウムを22g、亜硫酸ナトリウムを0.41g、亜塩素酸ナトリウムを0.54g、硫酸第一鉄を20g、亜鉛末を81g、硫酸銅を6g、硫酸マンガンを11g、ヨウ素を0.35g、セレンを8g、モリブデン酸ソーダを0.08g、硫酸クロムを2g、硫酸コバルトを8g精秤し、それらの素材を一括に混合させる;
(c)そして、ポリ容器に収納された電気分解処理硫酸水溶液に、この一括に混合させた素材を、注意深く混合させ、攪拌する;
(d)その後20dm3容量のポリ容器を90℃〜沸騰浴槽に入れ、湯浴させながら、攪拌を持続させ、容器内の液温が80℃に到達してから5時間加熱する。加熱後高温浴槽から取りだし、液温が約20℃〜室温になるまで攪拌を続ける;
(e)室温になったら、二度目の湯浴を液温80℃で、5時間続け、その後、液温20℃になるまで攪拌を続ける;
(f)液温が約20℃〜室温になったら、吸引濾過法を用い、濾液と濾過残渣に分離する;
(g)そして、濾過残渣と分離した濾液が室温になったら、濾液を超純水にて5dm3になるように精秤すれば、第1の実施の形態に係る殺菌用水溶液が完成する。
本発明の第2の実施の形態に係る殺菌用水溶液の製造方法を説明する。なお、以下に述べる殺菌用水溶液の製造方法は、一例であり、特許請求の範囲に記載した趣旨の範囲内であれば、この変形例を含めて、これ以外の種々の製造方法により、実現可能であることは勿論である。
(a)先ず、第1の実施の形態に係る殺菌用水溶液の製造方法と同様に、白金を陰極及び陽極として、硫酸を電気分解処理する。この電気分解処理をした電気分解処理硫酸水溶液5dm3を、20dm3容量の蓋のない上部が解放されているポリ容器に入れておく;
(b)次に、リン酸二水素カルシウムを94g、リン酸水素二カリウムを6g、塩化ナトリウムを63g、亜硫酸カリウムを31g、硫酸マグネシウムを22g、亜硫酸ナトリウムを0.41g、亜塩素酸ナトリウムを0.54g、硫酸第一鉄を20g、亜鉛末を81g、硫酸銅を6g、硫酸マンガンを11g、ヨウ素を0.35g、セレンを8g、モリブデン酸ソーダを0.08g、硫酸クロムを2g、硫酸コバルトを8gの内、少なくとも一種の化合物を精秤する。
(c)そして、必須ミネラル16種類の内、少なくとも一種の元素を含む化合物を、独立して、ポリ容器に収納された電気分解処理硫酸水溶液に、5dm3となるよう混合させ、攪拌する。必須ミネラル16種類の内、2種の元素に対応した化合物がある場合は、各化合物毎にそれぞれ独立して、ポリ容器に収納された電気分解処理硫酸水溶液に、それぞれ5dm3となるように混合させ、攪拌する。必須ミネラル16種類のすべての元素に対応した化合物を、各化合物毎にそれぞれ独立して、ポリ容器に収納された電気分解処理硫酸水溶液に、それぞれ5dm3となるように混合させ、攪拌してもよい;
(d)その後20dm3容量のポリ容器を90℃〜沸騰浴槽に入れ、湯浴させながら、攪拌を持続させ、容器内の液温が80℃に到達してから5時間加熱する。加熱後高温浴槽から取りだし、液温が約20℃〜室温になるまで攪拌を続ける;
(e)室温になったら、二度目の湯浴を液温80℃で、5時間続け、その後、液温20℃になるまで攪拌を続ける;
(f)液温が約20℃〜室温になったら、吸引濾過法を用い、濾液と濾過残渣に分離する;
(g)そして、濾過残渣と分離した濾液が室温になったら、濾液を超純水にて5dm3になるように精秤すれば、第2の実施の形態に係る殺菌用水溶液が完成する。
によれば、使用目的に応じて、必須ミネラル16種類のミネラルの含有比率を調合して混和することができる。ミネラル素材としての化合物は、ミネラル成分を含む化合物であれば制限はないが、食品添加物類に属する化合物であることが好ましい。又、本発明の第2の実施の形態に係る殺菌用水溶液の素材類の使用量は一例にすぎず、使用量には制限がない。この単独製造方法の各素材毎の成分分析結果は表2の通りである。表2に一例を示した通り、本発明の第2の実施の形態に係る殺菌用水溶液の製造方法によれば、表2に示した各元素を、ミネラル成分を含む化合物毎の溶液を使用目的に応じて調製し、混合することが可能である。
表3に、第1の実施の形態に係る殺菌用水溶液を用いたアルコール殺菌液に対し、大腸菌、緑膿菌、サルモネラ菌、黄色ブドウ球菌の4種の試験菌株を用いて殺菌効果試験を行った結果を示す。
本発明の実施の形態に係る殺菌用水溶液及びアルコール殺菌液の効果を確かめるべくウイルスの不活化効果試験を行った結果を図1〜図5に示す。ウイルスの不活化効果試験内容は、検体ウイルスは猫カリシウイルス(エンベローブを持たないRNAウイルス)、猫ヘルペスウイルス(エンベローブを持つDNAウイルス)である。細胞は猫腎株化細胞(CRFK細胞)である。
(b)アルコール殺菌液によるウイルスの不活化効果試験の場合は、アルコール濃度59%と乳酸ナトリウム濃度0.9%を維持し、本発明の実施の形態に係る殺菌用水溶液の最終濃度が10%、5%、3%、1%、0.4%になるように蒸留水(DDW)で希釈した。
上記のように、実施の形態に係る殺菌用水溶液、実施の形態に係るアルコール殺菌液及びそれらの製造方法は、上記の実施の形態によって記載したが、この開示の一部をなす論述及び図面は、上記の実施の形態に係る殺菌用水溶液、実施の形態に係るアルコール殺菌液及びそれらの製造方法を限定するものであると理解すべきではない。この開示から当業者には様々な代替実施の形態、実施例及び運用技術が明らかとなろう。したがって、上記の実施の形態に係る殺菌用水溶液、実施の形態に係るアルコール殺菌液及びそれらの製造方法はここでは記載していない様々な実施の形態等を含むことは勿論であり、実施の形態に係る殺菌用水溶液、実施の形態に係るアルコール殺菌液及びそれらの製造方法の技術的範囲は上記の説明から妥当な特許請求の範囲に係る発明特定事項によってのみ定められるものである。
Claims (11)
- 溶液としてのエチルアルコールと、
該エチルアルコールに溶解した水と、
白金を陰極及び陽極として、硫酸を電気分解処理した電気分解処理硫酸液と、
必須ミネラル16種類の内、少なくとも一種の元素を含む無機物ミネラルがイオン化したミネラル溶解物
とを含むことを特徴とするアルコール殺菌液。 - 乳酸ナトリウムを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアルコール殺菌液。
- 前記必須ミネラル16種類のすべての無機物ミネラルが、生物の生体内に含有されているミネラルの含有比率に従った比率量で混和し、イオン化して含まれることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のアルコール殺菌液。
- 無機物ミネラルのそれぞれが、リン酸二水素カルシウム、リン酸水素二カリウム、塩化ナトリウム、亜硫酸カリウム、硫酸マグネシウム、亜塩素酸ナトリウム、亜硫酸ナトリウム、硫酸第一鉄、亜鉛末、硫酸銅、硫酸マンガン、ヨウ素、セレン、モリブデン酸ソーダ、硫酸クロム、硫酸コバルトであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のアルコール殺菌液。
- 白金を陰極及び陽極として、硫酸を電気分解処理した電気分解処理硫酸水溶液を用意する工程と、
必須ミネラル16種類の内、少なくとも一種の元素を含む無機物ミネラルを含むミネラル混和液を調製する工程と、
前記電気分解処理硫酸水溶液に前記ミネラル混和液を加え、常圧にて加熱攪拌処理を繰り返す工程と、
前記加熱攪拌処理をした溶液を、濾過処理して濾液を生成する工程と、
前記濾液を超純水で希釈して、前記少なくとも一種の元素を含む無機物ミネラルがイオン化した水溶液を調製する工程
とを含むことを特徴とする殺菌用水溶液の製造方法。 - 白金を陰極及び陽極として、硫酸を電気分解処理した電気分解処理硫酸水溶液を用意する工程と、
必須ミネラル16種類を含む無機物ミネラルを、生物の生体内に含有されているミネラルの含有比率に従った比率量に混和してミネラル混和液を調製する工程と、
前記電気分解処理硫酸水溶液に前記ミネラル混和液を加え、常圧にて加熱攪拌処理を繰り返す工程と、
前記加熱攪拌処理をした溶液を、濾過処理して濾液を生成する工程と、
前記濾液を超純水で希釈して、前記必須ミネラル16種類のすべての無機物ミネラルが、前記比率量で混和し、イオン化して含まれる水溶液を調製する工程
とを含むことを特徴とする殺菌用水溶液の製造方法。 - 無機物ミネラルのそれぞれが、リン酸二水素カルシウム、リン酸水素二カリウム、塩化ナトリウム、亜硫酸カリウム、硫酸マグネシウム、亜塩素酸ナトリウム、亜硫酸ナトリウム、硫酸第一鉄、亜鉛末、硫酸銅、硫酸マンガン、ヨウ素、セレン、モリブデン酸ソーダ、硫酸クロム、硫酸コバルトであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の殺菌用水溶液の製造方法。
- 白金を陰極及び陽極として、硫酸を電気分解処理した電気分解処理硫酸水溶液を用意する工程と、
必須ミネラル16種類の内、少なくとも一種の元素を含む無機物ミネラルを含むミネラル混和液を、各無機物ミネラル毎に独立に調製する工程と、
前記電気分解処理硫酸水溶液に前記ミネラル混和液を加え、常圧にて加熱攪拌処理を繰り返す工程と、
前記加熱攪拌処理をした溶液を、濾過処理して濾液を生成する工程と、
前記濾液を超純水で希釈して、前記少なくとも一種の元素を含む無機物ミネラルがイオン化した殺菌用水溶液を調製する工程と、
前記殺菌用水溶液をエチルアルコールで希釈する工程
とを含むことを特徴とするアルコール殺菌液の製造方法。 - 白金を陰極及び陽極として、硫酸を電気分解処理した電気分解処理硫酸水溶液を用意する工程と、
必須ミネラル16種類を含む無機物ミネラルを、生物の生体内に含有されているミネラルの含有比率に従った比率量に混和してミネラル混和液を調製する工程と、
前記電気分解処理硫酸水溶液に前記ミネラル混和液を加え、常圧にて加熱攪拌処理を繰り返す工程と、
前記加熱攪拌処理をした溶液を、濾過処理して濾液を生成する工程と、
前記濾液を超純水で希釈して、前記必須ミネラル16種類のすべての無機物ミネラルが、前記比率量で混和し、イオン化して含まれる殺菌用水溶液を調製する工程と、
前記殺菌用水溶液をエチルアルコールで希釈する工程
とを含むことを特徴とするアルコール殺菌液の製造方法。 - 無機物ミネラルのそれぞれが、リン酸二水素カルシウム、リン酸水素二カリウム、塩化ナトリウム、亜硫酸カリウム、硫酸マグネシウム、亜塩素酸ナトリウム、亜硫酸ナトリウム、硫酸第一鉄、亜鉛末、硫酸銅、硫酸マンガン、ヨウ素、セレン、モリブデン酸ソーダ、硫酸クロム、硫酸コバルトであることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のアルコール殺菌液の製造方法。
- 前記殺菌用水溶液に乳酸ナトリウムを混和させる工程を更に含むことを特徴とする請求
項8〜10のいずれか1項に記載のアルコール殺菌液の製造方法。
