Definitions

  • the invention relates to a composite system of frame parts and joints and a spatial element produced using the Verbundsystem.es.
  • the object of the invention is in particular to create a composite system consisting of frame parts and joints, with which preferably a screen, a shelf, or else a wall holder and similar objects can be produced on the basis of only a few individual elements.
  • Such a composite system not only enables the production of different items which can be easily adapted to the spatial conditions, but also guarantees simple and cost-saving storage. In addition, only a few machines or tools are required to manufacture the few individual parts.
  • the invention solves the problem in that the joints are constructed in several parts, in particular in four parts, two parts being combined to form a first and a second unit, which can be moved relative to one another via a central axis, and preferably one frame part each on the first and the second unit is arranged.
  • the first and the second unit have a continuous central bore and the two units are penetrated by an axis, preferably a pipe.
  • This tube can serve as a support tube or upright, around which the frame parts can be moved independently of one another.
  • the joint itself can be spherical or cylindrical, i.e. the two units arranged one above the other together form a ball or a cylinder.
  • the frame parts are arranged in the separation areas of the first and / or second unit.
  • separation areas are formed by the distances between the abutting surfaces of the two parts, which are each combined to form a unit.
  • the two parts of the first or second unit and the corresponding frame part are preferably detachably connected to one another via a common connection, for example via a screw connection.
  • Another feature of the invention is that the frame parts connected to the joints are provided in each connection area with a projection that extends beyond their effective lengths.
  • the frame parts are arranged with these projections in the joints and are thus flush with the respective outer shape of the joints.
  • Each frame part is advantageously designed as a flat strut and has a projection at each end, the projections being arranged on opposite longitudinal halves of the frame part.
  • the frame parts connected to the joints are connected to frame struts which are preferably arranged vertically and run in the region of the axis, the area formed by the frame parts and the frame struts being closable with a filling element.
  • Such a filling element can be a fabric web, a treated cardboard box or a plate made of, for example, plastic, wood or metal.
  • each frame part and the frame struts are provided with slots in order to ensure that the filling elements can be accommodated easily, according to which, according to an advantageous embodiment, each frame part is provided in its end region with a threaded bore opening into the slots for receiving a screw fixing the frame strut.

  • One support strut is arranged between two centering elements, each associated with a joint, two support struts arranged parallel to each other in a horizontal plane receiving a support element, preferably a plate.
  • Such an embodiment is particularly suitable for producing a shelf.
  • the support struts are preferably provided in at least one edge region with a recess for receiving the plate. In this case, the plate is received by the recesses and thus secured against slipping.
  • the invention also relates to a spatial element which consists of several axes passing through joints, horizontal frame parts and preferably vertical frame struts connected to them, and optionally one or more support struts accommodating support elements.
