明 細 書 モータ制御のゲイ ン調整方法
技 術 分 野
本発明は口ボッ ト等のモータ制御のゲイ ン調整方法に関し 特にモータ制御ループのフィ一ドバックゲイ ンを自動的に調 整するようにしたモータ制御のゲイ ン調整方法に関する。 技 術 背 景
ロボッ 卜のようなアームの伸縮状態によって、 負荷イナ一 シャが大幅に変化し、 かつサーボモータと機構部の減速比が 大きい機械可動部を有する系においてフイ ー ドフ ォ ヮ一 ド制 御を行なうことは非常に難かしい。 なぜなら、 フィ ー ドフォ ヮー ドゲイ ンはフィ 一 ドノ ッ クでない為、 パラメ 一タがピッ タ リ当っていないと効果がない。
しかし、 従来の方法では、 イナーシャ値が未知の場合には フィー ドフォ ワー ドゲイ ンを計算することができない。 また、 ィナーシャ変動があった場合などは、 その平均的な値を計算 することが非常に困難であり、 例え行っても非常に手間の掛 かる作業になる。
このような問題を解決するものとして、 本出願人による平 成 2年 2月 2 1 日付けの発明の名称を 「モータ制御のフ ィ 一 ドフォヮー ドゲイ ンの学習方法」 とする出願がある。 この出 願では、 フィ ー ドフ ォ ワー ドゲイ ンを、 学習によつて決定し
ている。
—方、 フ ィ ー ドノ ッ ク ループのフ ィ 一 ド ノ ッ クゲイ ン、 す なわち比例ゲイ ン等は、 系のステップ応答等を検討して、 決 定されている。
しかし、 フィードバッ クゲイ ンをステツプ応答等によって 判断して決定すると、 このための計測、 時間等に相当の時間 を要する。 ま.た、 決定に当たっては相当の熟練等が必要であ り、 客観的に適性な値に決定することが困難であった。 発 明 の 開 示
本発明はこのような点に鑑みてなされたものであり、 フィ 一ドバックゲイ ンを自動的に調整するモータ制御のゲイ ン調 整方法を提供することを目的と る。
また、 本発明の他の目的はフィ一ドバッ クゲイ ンをフィ一 ドフ ォ ワ ー ドゲイ ンから計算して求めるモータ制御のゲイ ン 調整方法を提供することである。
本発明では上記課題を解決するために、
負荷イナーシャが大幅に変動する制御システムのモータ制 御でのフィ一ドバックゲイ ンの調整を行う、 モータ制御のゲ ィ ン調整方法において、 フ ィードバッ ク系での第 1回目のフ イードノ ッ クゲイ ンで、 第 1回目のフ ィ ー ドフ ォ ワー ドゲイ ンを学習によって求め、 前記第 1回目のフ ィ ー ドフ ォ ワー ド ゲイ ンから、 第 2回目のフィー ドバッ クゲイ ンを計算で求め. 前記第 2回目のフ ィー ドバッ クゲイ ンで、 学習によって、 第 2回目のフ ィ ー ドフ ォ ワ ー ドゲイ ンを求め、 モータ制御ル一
プを構成することを特徴とするモータ制御のゲイ ン調整方法 が、 提供される。
まず、 第 1 回目のフ ィー ドバッ クゲイ ンを決める。 この値 はモータ単体等から計算し、 制御ループが発振しない程度の 値に決める。 この第 1 回目のフィ ー ドバッ クゲイ ンで、 第 1 回目のフィ ー ドフォ ワー ドゲイ ンを学習によつて求める。 次 に求められた第 1回目のフィ ー ドフ ォ ワー ドゲイ ンから、 第 2回目のフィ一 ドバッ クゲイ ンを計算によって求める。 つい で、 第 2回目のフ ィ ー ドノ、'ッ クゲイ ンで、 再度、 フィ ー ドフ ォワー ドゲイ ンを学習によって求める。 第 2回目のフィ ー ド フォ ワー ドゲイ ンと第 2回目のフィ ー ドバッ クゲイ ンで制御 システムを構成する。 これによつて、 最適なフ ィ ー ドフォ ヮ ー ドゲイ ン及びフ ィ ー ドバッ クゲイ ンを有する制御システム を求めることができる。 図 面 の 簡 単 な 説 明 第 1図は本発明のモータ制御のゲイ ン調整方法のフローチ ャ一 ト、

第 3図はモータ制御における速度ループのブ口 ッ ク図であ る ο 発明を実施するための最良の形態 以下、 本発明の一実施例を図面に基づいて説明する。
第 2図は本発明を実施するための口ボッ ト システムのハー ドウヱァの構成図である。 ホス トプロセッサ 1 はロボッ ト全 体を制御するプロセッサである。 ホス トプロセッサ 1からは ロボッ トの位置指令が共有 R AM 2に書き込まれる。 なお、 ホス トプロセッサに結合される R OM、 RAM等は省略して

口ボッ トに内蔵されたサーボモータ 2 を制御する D S P (ディ ジタル , シグナル · プロセッサ) 1 1は R 0 M 1 2の システムプログラムに従って、 共有 R AM 2の位置指令を一 定時間ごとに読み取り、 軸制御回路 (AX C) 1 4に トルク 指令を出力する。 なお、 必要な計算等は RAM I 3を使用し て行う。
D S P 1 1は、 内部に位置指令とサーボモータ 2 2に内蔵 されたパルスコーダ 2 3からの位置フィ一ドバックとの差分 によるエラー量から速度指令を計算する。 さらに、 位置フ ィ — ドバッ クを微分して、 速度フ ィードバッ クを計算する。 こ の速度フィ一ドバックと速度指令との差分から トルク指令を 曰「算 ^"る。
サ一ボアンプ 2 1はトルク指令を受けて、 サ一ボモータ 2 2を駆動する。 サーボモータ 2 2は減速機を介して、 アーム 2 6を駆動する。 図では、 減速機等の機械系のバネ成分 2 4 (バネ定数 K c ) 、 ダンピング成分 2 5 (ダンピング定数 B "k ) を模式的に表している。
また、 D S P 1 1は後述のフ ィ ー ドフ ォ ワー ドゲイ ンを学 習によって求め、 フ ィ ードバックゲイ ンを計算によって求め
る o
次にフィ ー ドバッ クゲイ ンを決定する問題を考える。 まず、 例と してモータ制御における速度ループを考える。 第 3図は モータ制御における速度ループのプロ ッ ク図である。 速度指 令値 Uとフィ ー ドフォ ワー ドループの伝達関数 1 1を通した ものとが加算器 1 2で加算され、 出力 Xとなる。 Kはフィ 一 ドフォ ワー ドゲイ ンである。 出力 Xは加算器 1 3で速度フィ — ドバック量 γを引き、 伝達関数 14に送られる。 K 1は速 度ゲイ ンである。 ブロ ッ ク 1 4の出力は伝達関数 1 5に入力 される。 ' K tはサーボモータの トルク定数、 Jはサ一ボモ一 タ軸からみた機械系のイ ナーシャであり、 ロボッ 卜の姿勢に よって大幅に変動する。 Sはラプラス演算子である。

ただし、 Uは速度指令、 Yは速度フィ ー ドバッ ク量、 (U— Y) は速度偏差、 Sはラプラス演算子である。 この式を Uに ついて解く と、

これは入力 X、 出力 Yとするシステムの逆システムを同定し たことになる。 これを利用して K 1を決定する。 入力 X、 出 力 Yとする伝達関数を考えると、

となる。 ここで、 Tはこの系の時定数であり、

ここで、 ( 1 ) 式の逆システムが (2 ) 式に等しいとおく と、

= 1 / ( 1 + T S )
従って、 フィ ー ドフォワー ドゲイ ン Kがフィ ー ドノ ッ クル一 プの時定数を表していることが分かる。
今、 希望するフィ一ドバッ クループの時定数を T 1とする と、
K 1 =KZT 1 * Κ 1 a … ( 3 )
ただし、 K 1 aは現在の比例ゲイ ン、 K 1は新しく設定する 比例ゲイ ンである。 この新しい比例ゲイ ン K 1を設定すると、 T = J / C ( K * K 1 a * K t ) Z T 1〕

となり、 希望の時定数を持ったフィ一ドバック系が得られる。 この Κ 1を設定しなおした後、 もう一度フィ ー ドフォワー ド ゲイ ンの学習を行う ことにより Κを学習し、 最適なフィ一ド フォ ワー ドゲイ ン Κが決まり、 さらにこの Κ 1を設定すれば 系全体のゲイ ンが最適値に収束する。
次に本発明の処理について述べる。 第 1図は本発明のモー タ制御のゲイ ン調整方法のフローチャー トである。 図におい て、 Sに続く数値はステップ審号を示す。
〔 S 1〕 適当なフィ ー ドバックループの比例ゲイ ン K 1 を設 定する。 この比例ゲイ ンの値はモータ単体等から計算して、 系が発振しない程度の値とする。
〔 S 2〕 このフィ ー ドバッ クループの状態で、 学習により、 フィ 一 ドフォ ヮー ドゲイ ン Kを求める。
〔 S 3〕 フィ ー ドフ ォ ワー ドゲイ ン から ( 3 ) 式によって、 比例ゲイ ン K 1 を計算で求めて、 設定する。
〔 S 4〕 この比例ゲイ ン K 1で再度学習により、 フ ィー ドフ ォ ワー ドゲイ ン Kを求める。
以上のフ ィ ー ドフ ォ ワー ドゲイ ン K、 フィ ー ドバッ クゲイ ン、 すなわち比例ゲイ ン K 1 でモータの制御ループを構成す れば、 最適な制御ループを構成することができる。
上記の説明では、 速度ループのフィ一ドバッ クゲイ ンとフ イ ー ドフ ォ ワー ドゲイ ンについて述べたが、 位置制御ループ のフィ 一 ドノ ッ クゲイ ン及びフ ィ ー ドフ ォ ワー ドゲイ ンにつ いても同様に適用することができる。
以上説明したように本発明では、 フ ィ ー ドフォ ヮ一 ドゲイ ンを学習によって求め、 これからフィ一ドバッ クゲイ ンを計 算するように構成したので、 適性なフ ィー ドフ ォ ワー ドゲイ ンとフィー ドバックゲイ ンを求めることができ、 最適な制御 ループを得ることができる。
特に、 ロボッ ト等の制御ループにおいて、 振動の減少、 位 置決め精度の向上が得られる。
Claims
1 . 負荷ィナ一シャが大幅に変動する制御システムのモ一 タ制御でのフ ィ一ドバッ クゲイ ンの調整を行う、 モータ制御 のゲイ ン調整方法において、
フィ ー ドノ ッ ク系での第 1 回目のフィ 一 ド ノ、、ッ クゲイ ンで、 第 1回目のフ ィ ー ドフ ォ ワー ドゲイ ンを学習によって求め、 前記第 1回目のフイードフ ォ ワー ドゲイ ンから、 第 2回目 のフ ィードバッ クゲイ ンを計算で求め、
前記第 2回目のフ ィー ドバックゲイ ンで、 学習によって、 第 2回目のフ ィ ー ドフ ォ ワー ドゲイ ンを求め、
モータ制御ル一プを構成することを特徴とするモータ制御 のゲイ ン調整方法。
2 . 前記制御システムはロボッ トの機構部をサーボモータ で制御する制御システムであることを特徵とする請求項 1記 載のモータ制御のゲイ ン調整方法。
3 . 前記フ ィ ー ドフ ォ ワー ドゲイ ン及び前記フ ィ ー ドバッ クゲイ ンは速度制御ループのゲイ ンであることを特徴とする 請求項 1記載のモータ制御のゲイ ン調整方法。
4 . 前記フ イ ー ドフ ォ ヮ一ドゲイ ン及び前記フ ィ一ドバッ クゲイ ンは位置制御ループのゲイ ンであることを特徵とする 請求項 1記載のモータ制御のゲイ ン調整方法。
