Abstract

Mécanisme de rouleaux destiné à une machine agricole présentant de préférence un profil à boucharde. Chacun des deux rouleaux (16 et 17) est animé d'un mouvement relatif par rapport à l'autre, leur rotation étant synchronisée par un mécanisme de roues à engrenages (10, 13). Ce mécanisme, dans une configuration idéale, est constitué de deux paires de roues dentées à profil brut, solidaires entre elles et présentant l'une par rapport à l'autre un décalage angulaire égal à 180° divisé par le nombre de dents, soit un décalage d'un demi-pas circonférentiel. Un tel mécanisme garantit un engagement correct des rouleaux à boucharde, même lorsque des agglomérats de matière traitée ont tendance à les écarter.
