Description
Construction with modular prefabricated elements with light primary framework and peripheral masonry.
11 est destiné à permettre l'obtention d'une habitation préférentiellement individuelle mais pouvant s'étendre à d'autres types de bâtiments permettant tout en réduisant le coût ainsi que le prix de revient d'obtenir une maison en dur assurant à la fois la sécurité et la pérennité du bâtiment, tout en aug¬ mentant le confort de l'usager partant d'éléments modulables.11 is intended to allow the obtaining of a preferentially individual dwelling but which can extend to other types of buildings allowing while reducing the cost as well as the cost price of obtaining a permanent house ensuring both the security and durability of the building, while increasing the comfort of the user starting from modular elements.
In the usual construction methods, it is done by making the external framework and we proceeded to ' internal arrangements with all trades, which p.resen-. were coordination problems, increasing them. teπηàs. dead .; . and the duration of the work without improving 1 * isαthrerπrie '.. nt_.Ie user comfort. The device according to the invention: removes these disadvantages by the creation of a modular, internal system with a light primary structure on the one hand and resistance to the durability of a masonry thick exterior to mechanical shocks as well as climatic, chemical and other attacks; moreover by the reversal of the usual phases by carrying out the interior before the exterior, the execution times of the second work are considerably reduced, which considerably reduces the cost prices by eliminating the idle downtime prefabricated modular elements adjustable by simple juxtaposition and superposition by self-structuring themselves, finally their lightness facilitates transport and handling which can be carried out on site without heavy lifting equipment provided that most assemblies are carried out without concrete or binder, even for load-bearing work on external parts which can receive traditional plasters and traditional plasters facilitating the integration of construction into the environment.
It also has the advantage of being anti-seismic and effective protection against fire as well as its propagation, the effects of which extend to acoustic improvement while promoting thermal and cooling distributions, by the circulation of organized flows. in the wall space 36.
