Definitions
- the invention relates to a driving device for a stretcher with a lower chassis and an overlying receiving frame for the stretcher.
- PRIOR ART Driving devices of the aforementioned type are already known in practice in various constructions. They are mainly used to make the work easier for the sick, e.g. from a remote accident site to an ambulance, or from an ambulance to the hospital, or to transport patients within the hospital.
- the invention has for its object to significantly improve driving devices of this type, in order to facilitate the reloading of stretchers, in particular in an ambulance or out of the ambulance, and also to assist the medical personnel, possibly the doctor, in the treatment of To ease the sick.
- the object is achieved according to the invention in that a device for height adjustment of the receiving frame is provided between the chassis and the receiving frame.
- FIG. 1 shows a perspective illustration of a driving device
- Figure 2 is a side view of this according to arrow II in Figure 1 and
- FIG. 3 shows a combined top view according to arrow III in FIG. 1.
- a driving device for receiving a stretcher consists essentially of a lower chassis 1 and a receiving part 2 located above for the stretcher in question.
- a device for height adjustment of the receiving frame and thus of the lying stretcher is provided between this chassis 1 and the receiving frame 2.
- the device for height adjustment is advantageously in the middle Provided area of the driving device and has a vertical telescopic column 3.
- the telescopic column 3 cooperates with a foot-operated hydraulic system 4, which consists essentially of a cylindrical body 7 and a hydraulically height-adjustable piston therein, the latter cooperating with the column 3, so that the latter as said can move telescopically relative to the cylindrical body.
- a foot actuation with a pivot lever 6 and a pedal plate 5 attached to it is provided.
- the hydraulic system can, for example, cause the receiving frame 2 and thus the stretcher to be raised or lowered to any position within a predetermined total stroke by means of convertible valves.
- the telescopic column 3 can also be equipped with another foot- or hand-operated mechanical height adjustment device, preferably with a suitable gear drive.
- another foot- or hand-operated mechanical height adjustment device preferably with a suitable gear drive.
- the chassis 1 has in the central region a cylindrical body 7 with a vertical axis, which in this exemplary embodiment is part of the hydraulic system as described.
- Four radial arms 8, 9, 10 and 11 extend from this cylindrical body 7, the spreading angle between the two arms 8, 9 and 11, 10 being substantially smaller than between the arms 9, 10 and 8, 11, respectively that the driving device has a much greater length than width and is adapted to the dimensions of a conventional stretcher.
- Wheels 12, 13, 14 and 15 are mounted on the outer ends of the arms 8 to 11 about vertical axes in the running direction, the axes of rotation of the wheels, which are horizontal, to the said vertical
- Swivel axes are offset laterally so that the wheels automatically adjust to the selected direction of travel in question.
- the Aufnähmegesteil 2 also has a cylindrical body 16 with a vertical axis in the central region, from which four radial arms 17, 18, 19 and 20 extend, which advantageously run parallel to the corresponding arms 8 to 11 of the chassis .
- the stretcher supports are attached to the outer ends of the arms 17 to 20. These supports consist of vertical pipe or rod pieces 21, 22, 23 and 24 and angle pieces 25, 26, 27 and 28 fixedly attached to them with legs 29 pointing outwards and upwards, so that the spars of a patient who has been put on wear hereby held against slipping sideways.
- a further telescopic tube 30 is fastened between the chassis 1 and the receiving frame 2 to secure the pivot, e.g. via spacers 37, 38 on the cylindrical bodies 16 and 7 respectively.
- this telescopic tube permits an unimpeded height adjustment of the receiving frame, it prevents an undesired pivoting movement of the receiving frame 2 relative to the chassis 1.
- a further advantageous embodiment of the driving device according to the invention results from the fact that a guide rail 31 is provided on the mounting frame 2, preferably between two radial arms 18 and 19, and a longitudinally and vertically adjustable support 32 is provided thereon.
- This support 32 may consist of a vertical rod, the upper end of which is bent horizontally or carries a horizontal arm on which a suspension device 39, e.g. for hanging an infusion device or an oxygen device or an oxygen mask.
- the height adjustment and also the fixing in a specific pivot position of the carrier 32 and the suspension device 39 can be carried out by means of the knurled screw 40.
- a lock 41 is used to move and lock along the guide rail 31.
- a tray 33 may be provided on the chassis 2, preferably on two radial arms 10 11 can as in the Fi guren 2 and 3 dash-dotted lines.
- reinforcing ribs 34, 35 are provided, expediently welded, between the cylindrical bodies 7 and 16 on the one hand and the arms 9 to 11 and 17 to 20 on the other hand, in order to stabilize the driving device.
