Abstract
Utilisation de polyethylene-imine comme absorbant de substances odorantes, telles qu'en particulier des acides gras, des aldehydes et des cetones. Le degre de polymerisation de la polyethylene-imine utilisee est choisi tel que, d'une part, cette substance soit toxicologiquement sans inconvenient et que, d'autre part, cette substance presente de preference une solubilite suffisante en milieu aqueux. Dans un mode d'execution prefere, on utilise des solutions aqueuses de polyethylene-imine presentant une concentration de 0,1 a 10%. Une autre utilisation preferee consiste a impregner de polyethylene-imine les materiaux ulterieurement mis en contact avec les substances odorantes. L'invention s'applique au domaine de la cosmetique, respectivement de l'hygiene corporelle, au domaine de la desodorisation technique et de la desodorisation de l'air ambiant. Un domaine particulierement important d'application de l'invention se situe dans la desodorisation des stations d'epuration.
