Abstract

Composición herbicida que comprende un compuesto que tiene la formula A en combinación con otros ingredientes herbecidamente activos, que es proporcionada para controlar selectivamente malezas en cultivos de plantas útiles como en cultivos de cereales, maíz, arroz, colza de semilla oleosa, remolacha azucarera, caña de azúcar, en plantaciones y en cultivos de algodón y soja. La invención se refiere además a un método para controlar malezas en cultivos de plantas útiles, y al uso de la composición en dicho método. El compuesto de formula A es una RS,1’S(-)-N-(1’-metil-2’-metoxietil)-N-cloroacetil-2-etil-6-metilanilina que resulta isómero óptico de metolaclor.
