UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE.
HENRY NUTRIZIO, OF NEW YORK, N. Y.
DESIGN FOR A COFFEE OR TEA POT.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 36,014, dated August 19, 1902.
Application filed June 19, 1902. Serial No. 112,395. Term of patent '7 years.
To (all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, HENRY NUTRIZIO, a citizen of the United States, and a resident of the city of New York, borough of Manhattan, in the county and State of New York, have invented and produced a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Coffee or Tea Pot, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof, which represents a side elevation of a coffee or tea pot embodying the features of my design.
The design consists in the formation of the body A of the pot, which is of cylindrical shape, having an ornamental enlarged base a, and from the base to a point near the upper end of the body said body is straight or of uniform diameter, and from the said upper point the body is gradually outward and upwardly inclined, forming thereby an upwardly and outwardly beveled upper section B, which is defined from the main and uniformly straight intermediate section of the body by a circumferentially-beaded panel I). The cover 0 is of ogee pattern, the spout D is of polygonal type, and the handle E is of bar formation.
Having thus described my invention, I claim as new and desire to secure by Letters Patent The ornamental design for a coffee or tea pot herein shown and described.
In testimony whereof I have signed my name to this specification in the presence of two subscribing witnesses.
HENRY NUTRIZIO.
