To all whom, t may concern:
Be it known that 1, IDELLE PHELPS, a citizen of the United States of America, residing at Denver, in the county of Arapahoe and State of Colorado, have invented a certain new and original Design for Eyeglass-Holders; and I do declare the following to be a full, clear, and exact description of the invention, such as will enable others skilled in the art to which it appertains to make and use the same, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, and to the letters of reference marked thereon, which form a part of this specification.
This invention relates to a design for eyeglass-holders; and it consists of the features hereinafter described and claimed, all of which will be fully understood by reference to the accompanying drawings, in which is illustrated an embodiment thereof.
In the drawings, Figure l is a front View of an eyeglass-holder, showing my new design, Fig. 2 isa rear view, and Fig. 3 an edge View, ot' the same.
Similar reference characters indicating corresponding parts in these views, let A designate each of two parts, having the general shape of an eyeglass-lens, the said parts being connected by a central portion B, curved symmetrically inward on both sides, whereby the width of the portion B on the line X X is considerably less than the width of the parts A on the line Y Y. Attached to the extremity of one of the parts A on the line of its longitudinal center is a handle C.
As shown in the drawings, the front surface of the parts A, A, B, and C is of ornamental structure.
Having thus described my invention, what I claim is- The design for an eyeglass-holder, substantially as herein shown and described.
In testimony whereof I affix my signature in presence of two witnesses.
